A battery installation structure is configured to control a behavior of a battery when a vehicle collides, so that a front side frame is ensured to be provided with a sufficient stroke for collision. The battery installation structure is suitable for allowing a battery to be installed on a front side frame of a vehicle body. The battery installation structure includes an installation base disposed on the front side frame, a battery base, and a rear support leg. The battery base is disposed on the installation base to support the battery. The rear support leg is disposed at a rear end of the battery base. A center of the battery base is fixed to a fixing portion of the installation base, a lower end of the rear support leg is fixed to a rigid member of the vehicle body, and the lower end of the rear support leg is formed with a fragile portion.

Battery installation structure

A lower structure of a vehicle includes front side frames, a vehicle body strength member, a floor panel, and a power supply unit, in which the front side frames are formed to have cross-sectional shapes that open upward at least at rear sections thereof, the power supply unit is disposed below a floor panel, the floor panel includes a pair of reinforcing panel portions which are respectively joined to the rear sections of the front side frames and cover the rear sections from above, and a floor panel main body portion which constitutes a portion other than the reinforcing panel portions, and the reinforcing panel portions are formed to have higher strength than the floor panel main body portion.

Lower structure of vehicle

A vehicle body front structure includes paired left and right front side frames extending in a vehicle front-rear direction and a crossmember that extends in a vehicle width direction and is suspended between the paired left and right front side frames. The front side frames respectively have side frame bend portions at rear portions thereof, the side frame bend portions bending inward in the vehicle width direction, and at least one of end portions of the crossmember in the vehicle width direction is connected to a corresponding one of the side frame bend portions.

Vehicle body front structure

For registering or updating the information of second identification codes stored in a theft prevention apparatus when the theft prevention apparatus is replaced, a third identification code sent from a third apparatus which is mounted in a motor vehicle is checked against a third identification code stored in the theft prevention apparatus, and must be identical thereto. Even if a third party prepares and installs an ignition key and a theft prevention apparatus of its own on the motor vehicle, the third identification code is not verified, and hence the information of second identification codes cannot be equalized.
