In order to reduce operation in a rotation-prohibited frequency range and to prevent resonance in a gas compressor wherein inverter control is performed, this gas compressor has: a compressor main body that compresses a gas; a motor that rotationally drives the compressor main body; an inverter that changes the rotational speed of the motor; a check valve arranged downstream from the compressor main body; a pressure detection means that detects load-side pressure downstream from the check valve; and a control device that, in accordance with the pressure detected by the pressure detection means, controls the frequency output by the inverter. The control device performs a control whereby compressed gas having a prescribed pressure is generated/maintained by increasing/decreasing the frequency, and when the frequency that generates the compressed gas having the prescribed pressure includes a specific frequency, the inverter's output frequency is increased or decreased when the pressure detected by the pressure detection means reaches a pressure corresponding to a frequency that has a more constant pressure width than the prescribed pressure and does not include the specific frequency.

Gas compressor

Provided are a compressor and a monitoring system that can specify a cause of an anomaly of a sensed value of a sensor. A compressor () includes: a temperature sensor (A) that senses a temperature of a compressed air on a discharge side of a low-pressure-stage compressor body () and on an upstream side of an intercooler (); a pressure sensor (A) that senses a pressure of the compressed air on the discharge side of the low-pressure-stage compressor body (); a temperature sensor (B) that senses a temperature of the compressed air on an intake side of a high-pressure-stage compressor body () and on a downstream side of the intercooler (); a temperature sensor (C) that senses a temperature of the compressed air on a discharge side of the high-pressure-stage compressor body (); a controller () that decides whether or not an anomaly has occurred in sensed values of the sensors (A), (B), (C), and (A), and estimates a cause of the anomaly; and a display device () that displays the cause of the anomaly estimated by the controller ().

A screw rotor which is hollow has improved performance against heat, pressure, rust, and the like. A screw rotor includes a screw portion of which an outer periphery has teeth and grooves having a helical shape and extending by a predetermined length in an axial direction. A radial cross section of at least a part of the screw portion includes a cross section of an outer surface portion forming the teeth and the grooves, a cross section of an axial center portion, a cross section of a support portion that connects an axial center side of the outer surface portion and an outer diameter side of the axial center portion, and a cross section of a hollow portion formed by the support portions adjacent to each other in a rotational direction and an axial center side inner surface of a tooth bottom or a tooth tip. In at least the radial cross section of the screw portion, different members are continuously joined as an integral structure in a cross section of at least one of the axial center portion and the support portion and the outer surface portion.

Screw rotor and screw-type fluid machine main body

The invention prevents a decrease in strength of a screw rotor including a hollow portion and improves cooling performance. There is provided a screw rotor having a helical tooth on an outer periphery, the helical tooth extending by a predetermined length in an axial direction, in which a radial cross section of the screw rotor includes a cross section of a tooth portion, a cross section of an axial portion, a cross section of a support portion connected to an axial side of a tooth bottom or a tooth tip in the cross section of the tooth portion and an outer diameter side of the axial portion, and a cross section of a hollow portion formed by the support portions adjacent to each other in a rotational direction and an axial side inner surface of the tooth bottom or the tooth tip, and an axial longitudinal cross section of the screw rotor is a cross section in which the axial portion, the support portion, the axial side of the tooth bottom or the tooth tip, and an axial end portion of the screw rotor are continuously connected to each other as an integral structure by a three-dimensional fabrication method or the like.

Screw rotor, fluid machine main body, and fluid machine

An image forming apparatus transfers a negative toner image on a waste sheet of paper having larger size than that of a printing sheet of paper and transfers all the toner images on the printing sheet of paper. A first thermal transferring portion transfers an unnecessary foil of a foil sheet on the negative toner image of the waste sheet of paper image. A second thermal transferring portion transfers a foil remained on the foil sheet on the positive toner image of the printing sheet of paper. The positive toner image is formed using transparent toner. Any gradation processing is performed on an edge of the positive toner image.

Image forming system for transferring a foil image

In a first thermal transfer portion of upstream side, a negative toner image forming portion forms on a photosensitive drum a desired negative toner image which reverses a desired positive toner image selected from all the toner images. The negative toner image forming portion then forms the desired negative toner image on a belt member. The first thermal transfer portion transfers a desired negative foil image from a foil sheet to the belt member so that a desired positive foil image remains on the foil sheet. A second transfer portion transfers the desired positive foil image thus remained on the desired positive toner image formed on the sheet of paper. A cleaning portion removes the desired negative toner image and the desired negative foil image from the belt member.

Foil transferring apparatus and image forming system using the same

A second thermal transfer portion of upstream side transfers a foil image, to be not printed, from the foil sheet on a waste sheet, conveyed from an image forming apparatus, on which a desired negative toner image is transferred. The foil image, to be printed, remains on the transferred foil sheet. The waste sheet is ejected out of a foil transferring apparatus. A printing sheet of paper on which the desired positive toner image is transferred is conveyed from the image forming apparatus to a first thermal transfer portion of downstream side to meet time when the foil sheet on which the foil image, to be printed, remains reaches the first thermal transfer portion. The first thermal transfer portion transfers the foil image, to be printed, from the foil sheet on the conveyed printing sheet of paper on which the desired positive toner image is transferred.

A sheet feeding apparatus which includes a sheet loading tray for stacking sheets; a suction and conveyance section which is placed above stacked sheets on the sheet loading tray and sucks and conveys a sheet in the sheet conveying direction; an air blowing section which blows air at the stacked sheets on the sheet loading tray and causes the sheet to float up; and a skew correction section which corrects a skew of the sheet conveyed by the suction and conveyance section.

Sheet feeding apparatus and image forming apparatus

A high productivity sheet feeding apparatus in which there is no occurrence of abnormalities related to sheet feeding irrespective of the size and type of sheet, and an image forming system having that sheet feeding apparatus are provided. This sheet feeding apparatus has the feature that it has, a stacking unit for stacking sheets, a conveying unit that is placed above and spaced from said stacking unit and that conveys the sheets, a flotation unit that makes the sheets in the upper part of the sheets stacked in said stacking unit float up towards said conveying unit, and a suction unit that sucks the air included in between the plurality of sheets that have been made to float up towards said conveying unit by said flotation unit.

Sheet feeding apparatus and image forming system

A screw compressor includes a low pressure stage compressor body; a high pressure stage compressor body that further compresses a compressed air compressed by the low pressure stage compressor body; pinion gears for example, respectively, provided on, for example, a male rotor of the low pressure stage compressor body and, for example, a male rotor of the high pressure stage compressor body; a motor; a bull gear for example, provided on a rotating shaft of the motor; and an intermediate shaft supported rotatably and provided with a pinion gear, which meshes with the bull gear, and a bull gear, which meshes with the pinion gears. Thereby, it is possible to make the motor relatively low in rotating speed while inhibiting the gears from being increased in diameter, thus enabling achieving reduction in cost.

Screw compressor

A sheet feeding apparatus includes: a loading platen on which sheets are loaded, an air blowing section which blows air to sides of a loaded sheet bundle loaded on the loading platen, and an adsorption/conveyance mechanism which adsorbs and conveys a sheet, a driving section moving the loading platen up and down, wherein the air blowing section includes a plurality of air blowing openings facing both sides of the loaded sheet bundle and blowing air to the both sides, wherein each of the plurality of air blowing openings is formed so that a first air flow flows above the loading platen and a second air flow flows below the loading platen when the loading platen reaches a highest position by the driving section, and wherein the loading platen is provided with a penetration thorough which the second air flow flows from below to above the loading platen.

A sheet feeding apparatus which includes: a sheet loading tray for stacking sheets; a suction and conveyance section placed above stacked sheets on the sheet loading tray and sucks and conveys a sheet in the sheet conveying direction; an air blowing section which blows air at the stacked sheets on the sheet loading tray and causes the sheet to float up; a skew correction section which is provided with a pair of conveyance rollers, and corrects a skew of the sheet being conveyed by the suction and conveyance section; and a control section which controls a force of sucking the sheet, wherein the control section changes the force of sucking the sheet from a first level to a second level that is lower than the first level, before a leading edge of the sheet butts against a pair of conveyance rollers of the skew correction section.

A sheet feeding device including: a sheet feeding tray; a first air blowing section which blows air against a lateral side of the sheet bundle; a second air blowing section which blows air against a leading edge of the sheet bundle; a sheet adsorption conveyance section which conveys sheets one by one; a sheet type information transmission section; a shielding member arranged to open or shield the ventilating path; a shielding state switching section which switches to any one state of opening, partial shielding and overall shielding, wherein in the partial shielding state, less amount of air is allowed to pass than the opening state; a sheet adsorption detecting section; and a control section which controls to switch among the state of opening, partial shielding and overall shielding of the ventilating path, in accordance with the information from the sheet type and the sheet adsorption detection.

Sheet feeding device and image forming apparatus

A sheet feeding device includes: a leading edge contacting section having a leading edge contacting surface with which a leading edge side in a sheet conveyance direction of sheets stored in a sheet storage section, comes in contact; a blowing section having an air outlet which blows air to float the sheets from a side surface perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the sheets stored; a sucking and conveying section provided at an upward position over the sheet storing section, which sucks the sheet floated by the air from the blowing section, and conveys the sheet over an upper end of the leading edge contacting section; and a rise prevention member provided on a side of the sucking and conveying section, which comes in contact with the sheet floated by the air from the blowing section and prevents a contacting portion of the floated sheet from being risen.
