A communication amount and a processing load of an external circuit of a power supply management integrated circuit are reduced. The power supply management integrated circuit includes a state determination unit and a battery remaining quantity measurement unit. In the power supply management integrated circuit, the state determination unit determines which one of a plurality of states corresponding to different cycles a charge/discharge state of a battery falls under. Furthermore, in the power supply management integrated circuit, the battery remaining quantity measurement unit measures a battery remaining quantity of the battery each time when the cycle according to the state of charge/discharge state of the battery determined by the state determination unit elapses.

A power receiving device of the disclosure includes a power generator, a detector, and a controller. The power generator includes a power receiving element that receives a power signal supplied in a wireless manner from a power feeding device, and generates direct current power on the basis of the power signal. The detector includes a detection element, and drives the detection element and detects an alternating current signal generated in the detection element, during a power receiving period in which the power receiving element receives the power signal. The controller controls the power feeding device on the basis of a detection result of the detector.

A control circuit performs at least one of detecting whether the resonance current detected by the current detection unit is beyond a first detection level over a predetermined time period, and detecting, when detecting that the resonance current is beyond the first detection level over the predetermined time period, that the resonance current falls below a second detection level, and detecting whether the resonance current detected by the current detection unit is below a first detection level over a predetermined time period, and detecting, when detecting that the resonance current is below the first detection level over the predetermined time period, that the resonance current exceeds a second detection level, and inverts, when detecting that the resonance current falls below or exceeds the second detection level, the levels of the drive control signal at which the first switching element and the second switching element are turned on or off.

A voltage detector detects a start of power supply from a battery. When the voltage detector detects the start of power supply, a counter starts counting the clocks of an RTC. A first comparator compares a count value stored in a first non-volatile memory and the count value of the counter and outputs a CPU reset release signal when these count values match with each other. A second comparator compares a count value N stored in a second non-volatile memory and the count value of the counter and, when these count values coincide with each other, performs power-on operation of a regulator which outputs I/O power for the CPU. Accordingly, timing of CPU reset release and timing of regulator power-on can be readily modified without aluminum modification.
