A gas turbine and a gas turbine silencer are provided. A silencer panel has a structure that can be divided into an upstream silencer panel and a downstream silencer panel in an airflow direction, a stepped part is defined in an opening-side portion of the downstream silencer panel, and the upstream silencer panel and the downstream silencer panel are linked by the stepped part fitting into an opening in the upstream silencer panel.

An exhaust flue includes an exhaust chimney body, and an open end multi-hole area. The exhaust chimney body defines a passage for discharging exhaust gas. The open end multi-hole area is an area in which multiple holes are defined around a total circumference of an open end of the exhaust chimney body.

An exhaust duct includes a duct plate () having a cylindrical shape, a heat insulation panel () disposed at a predetermined interval on an inner surface side of the duct plate (), a heat insulation material () disposed between the duct plate () and the heat insulation panel (), and a connecting member () configured to connect the duct plate () to the heat insulation panel () and also including a first plate portion () and a second plate portion () as a stress absorption unit capable of absorbing stress in two directions intersecting in a longitudinal direction. With this structure, durability is improved by preventing damage of the connecting member between the duct plate and the heat insulation panel.
