The present invention makes it possible to perform good illumination and obtain a good captured image when a plurality of users each having a camera-equipped portable information terminal device gather in the same place. A camera-equipped portable information terminal device is provided with: an imaging unit that captures an image of a subject; a first illumination means for illuminating the subject; a first communication unit that communicates with other portable information terminal devices; and a first control unit that controls the imaging unit and the first communication unit. The first control unit transmits a light emission instruction signal to the other portable information terminal devices via the first communication unit, and causes a second illumination means of each of the other portable information terminal devices to emit light in tandem with an imaging operation of the imaging unit.

There is provided a portable terminal devicethat notifies a television receiverof a received phone call or mail. The portable terminal deviceincludes a communication unitthat receives a phone call or mail and communicates with the television receiver, a notification execution unitthat performs control in a case where information of the phone call or the mail received by the communication unit is notified to the television receiver, and a posture detection execution unitthat detects a posture of the portable terminal device. A display apparatus that includes a first imaging unit that images a user, a first distance detector that identifies an eye of the user and measure a first distance that is a distance from the identified eye to the first imaging unit, a second imaging unit that images an object, a second distance detector that measures a second distance that is a distance from the second imaging unit to the object, an image processor that processes the images, and a display unit, the image processor calculating a display imaging range, extracting the calculated display imaging range from the image imaged by the second imaging unit, and causing the display unit to display it, and the display imaging range being such a range that the object displayed and an external scenery not interrupted by the display unit seen from a viewpoint of the user have the same size.
