A steering lock device for use with a steering shaft includes a lock bar, a camshaft, and a counterweight. The lock bar is moved between an engagement position where the lock bar is engaged with the steering shaft and a non-engagement position where the lock bar is disengaged from the steering shaft. The camshaft is rotated in response to a locking operation and an unlocking operation. The camshaft includes a lock actuation cam that moves the lock bar to the engagement position in a locking direction, and rotation of the steering shaft is prohibited when the lock bar is engaged with the steering shaft. The counterweight is arranged on the camshaft to adjust rotational balance of the camshaft.

Steering lock device and assembling method of steering lock device

A webbing take-up device () is disclosed, wherein a motor () is provided directly below a take-up shaft () between a pair of leg plates () with a rotary shaft () of the motor () disposed perpendicularly to the take-up shaft (), and a clutch () is provided at one side of one leg plate (). Further, a gear () of a motor gear portion () is removably connected to a worm gear () in a clutch gear portion (), and a mounting stay () is detachably attached to a case () with screws (), so that the motor () and the motor gear portion () can be detached independently of the case () while still being assembled together. Still further, a pretensioner mechanism () and a sensor mechanism () are provided at one end side of a spool (), and an urging mechanism () is disposed at the other end side thereof.

Webbing take-up device

A clutchof the present webbing retractor has a gear wheeland spring claws, and has peripheral direction load receiving portionsat the gear wheel, and load from the spring clawsis applied along a peripheral direction via the peripheral direction load receiving portions. Therefore, compactness and weight reduction of the clutchcan be aimed for. Further, the clutchhas a ring, and the ringintegrally has a cover portionholding respective clutch structural members at predetermined assembly positions, and the spring claws, and is held integrally with a rotorby elastic forces of the spring claws. In this way, the respective clutch structural members can be temporarily held (sub-assembled) integrally.
