There is provided a transmissive dimension measuring device in which a user can intuitively and easily adjust optical axes of a projector and an optical receiver, and in which a suitable action can be immediately taken when contamination is attached to a light projecting surface of the projector and a light receiving surface of the optical receiver. An incident light position display unit provided on the optical receiver expresses a light projecting spot in a pseudo manner by making an LED corresponding to an incident light position turn on, the light projecting spot being incident on the optical receiver arranged with a predetermined interval to the projector which projects light. The incident light position display unit is provided on an upper surface side opposite to a bottom surface that is a surface on which the optical receiver is installed on a base.

Transmissive dimension measuring device

An optical displacement sensor is described that is capable of correctly detecting a target object, even if the position of the target object is changed in an amount greater than the thickness of the target object.

Optical displacement sensor

It is an object to provide an optical displacement sensor and an optical displacement measurement device capable of improving the detection accuracy in detecting the presence or absence of a target object. An optical displacement sensor is constituted by a light projection unit for directing projected light to a target object, a light reception unit including plural light reception elements arranged in a linear shape for receiving light reflected by the target object out of the projected light Land outputting signals corresponding to the amount of received light, a received-light-spot detection portion for detecting a received-light spot on the light reception unit, on the basis of the outputs of the respective light reception elements, a number-of-spots determination portion for determining the number of received-light spots, on the basis of the result of the detection by the received-light-spot detection portion, a spot-position determination portion for determining a one-dimensional position at which the amount of received light is maximum, within the received-light spot, on the basis of the result of the detection by the received-light-spot detection portion, and an object detection processing portion for outputting detection signals indicative of the presence or absence of the target object, on the basis of the results of the determinations by the number-of-spots determination portion and the spot-position determination portion.

Optical displacement sensor and optical displacement measurement device

In the head portion, the thermopile is arranged substantially in the center of the head portion. The preamplifier board is arranged near the thermopile. The heat diffusion member made of a high heat conductive material is arranged so as to surround the thermopile and the preamplifier board. The main board and the laser diode are arranged between the upper surface of the head casing and the upper surface of the heat diffusion member. The power supply board and the laser diode are arranged between the down surface of the head casing and the down surface of the heat diffusion member. The thermopile, the preamplifier board, the main board, the power supply board, and the laser diodes are arranged out of contact with the heat diffusion member.

Radiation thermometer

An optical sensor projects light rays emanating from a light emitting element that are collimated by a lens and reflected by a mirror and then directed to a light projecting prism. The collimated light rays incident upon the prism are refracted at an incident surface and come out from the prism through a light exit surface so as thereby to be projected into the field of detection. Light rays passing through the field of detection are directed to a light receiving prism. The light rays incident upon the light receiving prism through a light incident surface are reflected by a light exit surface and then come out from the light receiving prism. The outgoing light rays are received and converted into an electric signal by a light receiving element.
