A vehicle high-voltage system equipment unit includes a high-voltage system equipment, and a cooling fan for taking in air from a passenger compartment. The high-voltage system equipment is cooled with air taken in from the passenger compartment, the cooling fan is provided on an upstream side of the high-voltage system equipment, and an air discharge portion is provided on a downstream side of the high-voltage system equipment, a branch portion for dividing a flow of air used to cool the high-voltage system equipment is provided in the air discharge portion, an air flow regulating portion is provided on an upstream side of the branch portion, and the air flow regulating portion is formed integrally with the high-voltage system equipment.

Vehicle high-voltage system equipment unit, vehicle battery unit and vehicle

A vehicle high-voltage system equipment unit includes: a high-voltage system equipment and a cooling fan for taking in air from a passenger compartment. The high-voltage system equipment is cooled with air taken in from the passenger compartment, the cooling fan is provided on an upstream side of the high-voltage system equipment, and an air discharge portion is provided on a downstream side of the high-voltage system equipment, a branch portion for dividing a flow of air used to cool the high-voltage system equipment is provided in the air discharge portion, an air flow regulating portion is provided on an upstream side of the branch portion, and the air flow regulating portion is formed integrally with the high-voltage system equipment.

A wiring module includes an insulating protector. The insulating protector includes a main body and a lid. The main body includes a holding portion that holds at least one of an element connecting member and an external connecting member. The lid is attached to the main body. The lid swings between an open position and a closed position. The holding portion is open at the open position and closed at the closed position. The lid includes a shaft for detachable attachment. The main body includes a shaft holder that receives the shaft and holds the shaft such that rotation of the shaft is allowed. The main body includes a restriction portion to hold the lid to the main body such that the swing of the lid is restricted between the open position and the closed position. The lid includes a restriction portion receiving portion that receives the restriction portion.

A rotation preventing structure of a terminal bus bar of a battery connector includes a battery pack that includes a pack case in which a battery assembly having arranged batteries is accommodated, a battery connector that is mounted to the battery pack, a terminal bus bar that is formed on the battery connector and has a configuration where an external connection bus bar is fastened to a bolt fixed to one end portion of the terminal bus bar and an electrode of the battery at one end of the arranged batteries is fastened to the other end portion of the terminal bus bar, opposing wall parts that are formed on a case of the battery connector and hold the terminal bus bar, and a pair of support projections that is formed on an end plate of the pack case and holds the opposing wall parts.

An electric storage device includes a plurality of storage modules and a first storage-module busbar. The plurality of storage modules each include a storage-cell busbar and a plurality of storage cells. The storage-cell busbar includes a first storage-module terminal at a first end of the storage-cell busbar. The plurality of storage cells are electrically connected to each other with the storage-cell busbar. The first storage-module terminal provided in one of the plurality of storage modules is electrically connected to the first storage-module terminal provided in another of the plurality of storage modules with the first storage-module busbar. The first storage-module terminal includes a first stud bolt which extends through a bolt hole provided in the first storage-module busbar and to which a nut is fastened.

Electric storage device

An electric storage device includes at least first to third storage modules and storage-module busbars. The at least first to third storage modules each include a plurality of storage cells. The at least first to third storage modules are arranged next to each other. Storage-module terminals of the at least first to third storage modules are adjacent to each other. The storage-module terminals of the at least first to third storage modules are electrically connected to each other with the storage-module busbars. The storage-module busbars includes a long storage-module busbar and a short storage-module busbar. The long storage-module busbar is provided at a first side of the at least first to third storage modules. The short storage-module busbar is provided at a second side of the at least first to third storage modules. The long storage-module busbar is longer than the short storage-module busbar.

Electric storage device and structure to mount electric storage device to vehicle

An electricity storage module includes a plurality of electricity storage cells and a plurality of electricity storage cell holders. Each of the plurality of electricity storage cell holders includes a thermistor holding portion. At least one of the thermistor holding portions of the plurality of electricity storage cell holders is provided to support a thermistor. The thermistor holding portion includes a spring member contact portion, a first engaging portion, and a second engaging portion. The first engaging portion of one of adjacent thermistor holding portions engages with the second engaging portion of another of the adjacent thermistor holding portions to prevent a spring member contact portion from being deformed away from one of the electricity storage cells.

Electricity storage module

A battery module includes a plurality of battery cells, a plurality of holders, and a thermistor. Each of at least one of holders includes a thermistor holder. The thermistor supporter includes a pair of thermistor receiving segments, a pair of thermistor engagement segments, and a thermistor cover portion. The sensor casing includes a bias portion and an elastic claw portion. The bias portion is provided to press the sensor against one of the top surface and the bottom surface provided in the at least one of the battery cells by utilizing a reaction force generated by pressing the thermistor cover portion. The elastic claw portion has a width larger than the distance between the pair of thermistor receiving segments when the elastic claw portion is in a free state.
