Embodiments relate to capturing referenced information in a report to resolve a computer problem. A report for a problem is determined to contain at least one referenced document, the report being generated based on at least one log. Relevant content is determined in the at least one referenced document based at least in part on hint information associated with the at least one referenced document and a term in the report. An enhanced report is generated for the problem of the computer equipment by inserting the relevant content into the report. A problem experienced by computer equipment is resolved by causing execution of at least one operation identified in the enhanced report.

Capturing referenced information in a report to resolve a computer problem

A paper sheet bundling apparatus includes a bundling unitconfigured to bundle bundling target paper sheets using a bundling band and make a batch of paper sheets, a stamp affixing unitconfigured to affix a stamp to the bundling band of the batch of paper sheets, a memory unitconfigured to store therein an association between the kind of paper sheet and a stamp affixing position on the bundling band or the paper sheet, and a control unitconfigured to obtain a stamp affixing position corresponding to the kind of the bundling target paper sheets with reference to the association, and adjust a positional relation between the stamp and the bundling band or the batch of paper sheets at a time of affixing the stamp, on a basis of the obtained stamp affixing position.

Paper sheet bundling apparatus

Detect four sets of first touch coordinates (A, B, C, D) on a touch panel. Divide an area delimited by the detected four sets into two areas of triangles (ABD, BCD). For each area of triangle, obtain a first correction factor. Detect a set of second touch coordinates (P, Q) selected within a respective one of the areas of triangles. Convert the detected set of second touch coordinates into a set of first corrected coordinates. Detect a difference between the set of first corrected coordinates and a set of true display coordinates. Where the detected difference is greater than a predetermined threshold value, further divide the area of triangle (BCD) into three areas of triangles (QBD, QBC, QCD). Obtain a second correction factor using the set of second touch coordinates and the sets of first touch coordinates corresponding to the vertices.
