A vacuum monitoring device of a vacuum circuit breaker with a line of a vacuum valve led out to the external of a metal tank through a bushing having a shield working as a low-pass filter, includes: a first antenna; a second antenna; a first and a second detection portion measuring intensity of an electromagnetic wave detected by the antennas; and a determination portion determining a vacuum deterioration of the circuit breaker by comparing the intensity of the electromagnetic wave detected by the first and the second detection portions, wherein the first and second detection portion include frequency filters passing a frequency band, of electromagnetic waves resulting from discharges occurring when the vacuum valve deteriorates in vacuum, which is attenuated by the shield.

Vacuum monitoring device

Capacitors () are provided in the insulators of bushings (), respectively. One ends of the capacitors () are connected to central conductors () side, and the other ends are connected to a tank () side at the ground potential. When a discharge signal from the outside of the tank () reaches the capacitors () through the central conductors (), the capacitors () work as a filter to attenuate and prevent the signal in the frequency band of the discharge waveform from propagating to the inside of the tank (). When an antenna () placed in the tank () receives a signal in the frequency band of the discharge waveform, a discharge detection unit () determines that a discharge inside the tank has been detected.

Tank-type circuit breaker

A discharge location determination unit includes: discharge detection circuits connected to metal electrodes, respectively, and to which a signal due to discharge is input; and a calculation circuit to which signals output from the discharge detection circuits are input, wherein, if the intensity difference or intensity ratio between the two output signals is within a predetermined value, the calculation circuit determines that the discharge location is inside a tank, otherwise the calculation circuit determines that the discharge location is outside the tank.

An electromagnetically operated device includes: a moving member of the electromagnetically operated device; a drive coil that is energized to generate magnetic flux for driving the moving member; a permanent magnet provided between a stationary member and the moving member for holding the moving member; and a holding force adjusting member for adjusting the holding force applied to the moving member by the permanent magnet, wherein the holding force adjusting member is placed at a position that will not be included in the main magnetic path of the magnetic flux caused by the drive coil so as to be removable.

An angular velocity/angular acceleration calculator of the crankshaft in an internal combustion engine includes a crank angle detection device, a crank angle correction device, and an angular velocity/angular acceleration calculation device. The crank angle detection device detects a crank angle in the internal combustion engine and a time at the crank angle. The crank angle correction device corrects the crank angle and the time thus detected to an equiangular crank angle and a time corresponding thereto. The angular velocity/angular acceleration calculation device calculates an angular velocity and an angular acceleration of the crankshaft by converting a function of the time with respect to the crank angle that are corrected by the crank angle correction device so as to be regarded as a periodic function, and utilizing the discrete Fourier transform of the converted function.

Full text data is divided into words to generate word separation data. All character strings are extracted from the full text data, each character string including N characters. The word separation and position data is attached to each character string to generate index data. In word retrieving, character and segmentation agreement between query data and all character strings is checked. Word retrieving and/or character string retrieving are effected according to a selection command. The word separation data may include leading or trailing end data. In the word retrieving mode, the leading end of the first character and the trailing end of the last character are checked but the intermediate portion is not checked. Continuity of retrieve character strings is checked with reference to position data thereof. The word retrieving mode includes a number of modes including the completion agreement mode. A non-target word in retrieving is detected according to a word class and the word separation data is not attached to the non-target word. The word separation data is not attached to words of the affix. Sets of full text data are retrieved and the matching degrees are detected and the sets of full text data are ordered to provide various text agreement. The matching degree is also calculated with an operator.

Method of retrieving no word separation text data and a data retrieving apparatus therefor

A character recognizing apparatus has a post-processing unit which makes character strings including a plurality of conversion candidates, respectively, made by a character recognizing unit, and a full text searching unit performs a full text search for the character strings in a plurality of documents having been converted into text data, whereby the post-processing unit determines a correct character on the basis of results of the search to correct misrecognition.
