A compressor includes a rotor that is fixed to a shaft, a stator that rotates the rotor about an axis of rotation, and a compressor part that compresses a refrigerant by the shaft rotating, wherein the rotor has a rotor core in which a refrigerant hole is formed, a first magnet that is embedded in the rotor core, and a second magnet that is embedded in the rotor core, an interior wall surface of the refrigerant hole includes a first portion that is formed on a side close to the first magnet, a second portion that is formed on a side close to the second magnet, and a magnet-side intermediate interior wall surface portion that is formed between the first portion and the second portion, and the magnet-side intermediate interior wall surface portion is closer to the axis of rotation than the first portion and the second portion.

Compressor

In insulators of a motor, in an external wall portion, the outer diameter sides of winding drum portions represent winding-drum-portion-side external wall portions, and the outer diameter sides of the opening portions represent opening-portion-side external wall portions; and the winding-drum-portion-side external wall portions have such a thickness in a radial direction that, in the axial direction of a stator, the leading end sides far from the stator are smaller than the base end sides close to the stator, and the thickness of the base end sides of the winding-drum-portion-side external wall portions is greater than the thickness of the opening-portion-side external wall portions.

Motor, compressor, and motor manufacturing method

A rotor that gives rotational power to a compressor part that compresses refrigerant has a rotor core in which through-holes through which the refrigerant passes are formed, the through-holes having a cross section with a plurality of forks in a direction away from a rotation axis, a first end plate that covers a first end surface where one end of both end portions of the through-holes of the rotor core closer to the compressor part is formed, and an upper rotor end plate that covers a lower rotor end surface where the other end of the plurality of holes of the rotor core is formed. The first end plate has a first opening portion that causes the through-holes to communicate with an internal space. The upper rotor end plate has an upper opening portion that causes the through-holes to communicate with the internal space. The upper rotor end plate has projection portions that cover tip end portions, which are divided to respective forks, of the through-holes.

A compressor includes a shaft, a motor portion, and a compressor portion. The motor portion rotates the shaft. The compressor portion compresses refrigerant by rotation of the shaft. The motor portion has an upper insulator, a stator core, and a winding wire. The upper insulator has a plurality of insulator tooth portions. The stator core has a plurality of stator core tooth portions corresponding to the plurality of insulator tooth portions of the upper insulator. The plurality of stator core tooth portions of the stator core are respectively covered with a plurality of teeth of the upper insulator and are respectively wound around thereof by the winding wire. The insulator tooth portion of the upper insulator has a groove through which lubricant oil poured into the compressor portion passes on a stator core contacting surface which is in contact with the stator core tooth portion of the stator core.
