A circuit configuration member has a space capable of storing a resin in a liquid state is formed on the adhering face and on an inner side of the case main body. The adhering face of the heat radiating member and the circuit configuration member are adhered by an adhering member at inside of the space by integrally molding the case main body arranged to surround the circuit configuration member and the heat radiating member.

Method of fabricating circuit configuration member

The frameis in a two-component structure consisting of a first frame membershaped a capital letter C and a second frame memberdisposed in a rear side of a first terminal partA. Electric junction box

The present invention includes an electrical connection box having a circuit casing for accommodating a circuit structure therein, a housing portion disposed on a lower surface side of the circuit casing and connectable to an external connector, and a plurality of connector terminals for electrically connecting between the circuit structure and the housing portion, further each of the plurality of connector terminals is disposed along a cabling path horizontally traversing an inside of the circuit casing and leads into the housing portion through a ceiling portion of the housing portion, the electrical connection box also includes a waterproof portion provided in the circuit casing for covering the ceiling portion from above.

It is an object to provide a fuse module having a power distribution function of distributing a common power to a plurality of power input sections and a function of protecting a circuit from an overcurrent during the power distribution based on fuse elements interposed in the circuit, while allowing for replacement and concentrated management of the fuse elements. A fuse module as specific means for achieving the object is adapted to connect a common power supply to a plurality of power-input sections of a circuit assembly, and provided with an insulation housing, a branch-connection conductorand a plurality of power-input conductors which are held in the insulation housing. The branch-connection conductorhas an input terminaladapted to be connected to the power supply, and a plurality of fuse-connection terminalsdisposed correspondingly to the respective power-input sections. Each of the power-input conductors is electrically connected to a corresponding one of the power-input sections, and has a fuse-connection terminal and disposed in a pair with a corresponding one of the fuse-connection terminals. Then, a fuse element is installed in each of a plurality of fuse-installation portions arranged in the insulation housingso as to be connected to the fuse-connection terminalof the branch-connection conductorand the corresponding fuse-connection terminal of the power-input conductor to be interposed between the fuse-connection terminals of the pair.

An electric connection box provided with a circuit structure, a casing for accommodating the circuit structure therein, a plurality of bus bar terminals disposed on a cabling path crossing the casing in a horizontal direction and electrically connecting the circuit structure and an external connecter to each other, and a terminal support portion for supporting a horizontal portion crossing the casing in the horizontal direction in the plurality of bus bar terminals from below, in which a first rib capable of contact with the horizontal portion from below are projected on a surface opposite to the horizontal portion in the terminal support portion, and a space between the first rib is a first groove portion recessed downward.

Circuit configuration member and method of fabricating the same

An electrical connection box is described that includes a plurality of connector parts provided on a circuit substrate. Each of the plurality of connector parts may be provided at a different portion of the circuit substrate and may include an engaging portion that may engage with a mating connector part that is exposed outward from the case. In one exemplary embodiment, the connector parts are arrayed, respectively, on an upper circuit substrate and a lower circuit substrate. Therefore, cables extended from the upper connector part and cables extended from the lower connector part may be drawn from the mating connector in parallel and may be easily handled. For example, cables extended from the upper connector part and cables extended from the lower connector part run in parallel and in the same direction with the substrate, thereby making it possible to easily package the cables into one bundle.
