A bus bar unit includes an inner bus bar and an outer bus bar extending in a circumferential direction about a central axis of a motor and connected to a coil of a stator and held by a bus bar holder which is a resin molded structure and the outer bus bar is disposed outward in a radial direction with respect to the inner bus bar. The bus bar holder includes a first inner support wall to support an outer circumferential surface of the inner bus bar, a first outer support wall to support an inner circumferential surface of the outer bus bar, openings open in parallel or substantially in parallel in at least one of the first inner support wall and the first outer support wall in the circumferential direction, and through which a lead wire of the coil passes, and a connection rib extending in the radial direction between the openings adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction to connect the first inner support wall to the first outer support wall.

Bus bar unit and motor including the same

A virtual circle included in the through-hole as viewed from the axial direction is assumed in the through-hole. An inner peripheral surface of the through-hole includes a first side that is located on a radial inside with respect to the virtual circle and extends along the circumferential direction, a second side that is located on one side in the circumferential direction with respect to the virtual circle and extends along the radial direction, and a third side that is located on another side in the circumferential direction with respect to the virtual circle and extends along the radial direction. The second side and the third side contact with the virtual circle. The first side extends linearly or extends radially outward in a curved manner when viewed from the axial direction.

Rotor and motor

A motor includes a stator including a stator core and coils, and neutral point bus bars disposed on a first side of the coils in an axial direction. The plural coils include a first coil group of a first control system, and a second coil group of a second control system. The neutral point bus bars include a first neutral point bus bar to which the coils of the first coil group are electrically connected, and a second neutral point bus bar to which the coils of the second coil group are connected. At least two of the neutral point bus bars are disposed at positions that overlap each other in the radial direction.

Motor

A motor may include a rotor including a shaft; a stator arranged radially outside of the rotor; a bearing arranged on an upper side of the stator; a tubular housing; a bearing holder arranged on the upper side of the stator; and a busbar unit arranged on an upper side of the bearing holder. The rotor may include a rotor magnet fixed to the shaft. The stator may include an annular core back; teeth arranged to extend radially inward from the core back; and coils wound around the teeth. The housing may include a housing inner circumferential surface arranged to hold the stator. The bearing holder may be arranged to be in contact with the housing inner circumferential surface. The busbar unit may be arranged to be in contact with the housing inner circumferential surface.
