An energization control unit is configured to perform a constant current control by repeatedly switching between an on-state and an off-state of at least one upstream switch provided in an energization path of a coil of a fuel injection valve to control opening of the fuel injection valve in a drive period in which the coil is energized to drive the fuel injection valve. A current detection unit is configured to detect a coil current flowing through the coil. A valve-opening detection unit is configured to detect valve-opening timing of the fuel injection valve based on a change in at least one frequency spectrum of the coil current in a constant current control period in which the constant current control is performed. A valve-opening correction unit is configured to correct valve opening of the fuel injection valve based on a detection result of the valve-opening detection unit.

Fuel injector and method for manufacturing fuel injector

A fuel injection device includes a coil, a stator provided on an inner side of the coil, a housing including an injection hole at an end opposite to a stator side in an axial direction, a movable element including a movable element main body that generates a first gap with the stator and a stopper portion provided to an injection hole side of the movable element main body, and provided inside the housing in a reciprocable manner, a main valve including a lock portion that generates a second gap smaller than the first gap together with an end face of the stopper portion on the stator side, and provided to open and close the injection hole, a first pushing portion constantly pushing the movable element to the injection hole side, and a second pushing portion constantly pushing the main valve to the stator side.

Fuel injection device

A CNG control ECU has a pulse signal determination device determining a pulse width and an output timing of a pulse signal, an electricity control device controlling a supply of electricity to a solenoid, and a current value sensing part sensing a current value of the solenoid. Further, the CNG control ECU has an estimation part estimating an injection start timing and an injection full opening timing on the basis of a differential value of the current value, a first calculation part calculating a first correction part, and a full opening time difference calculation part calculating a full opening time difference. Still further, the CNG control ECU has a correction injection quantity calculation part calculating a correction injection quantity and a second calculation part calculating a second correction value. A correction part makes a correction of adding the first correction value to the output timing and a correction of adding the second correction value to the pulse width.

Fuel injection control device and fuel injection control method

A fuel injector which injects a gaseous fuel includes a nozzle and a housing. The nozzle has an outlet which injects the gaseous fuel at a flow rate greater than or equal to a predetermined rate. The housing has a mixing chamber which communicates with the outlet. The housing further has an air introducing passage which introduces an outer air into the mixing chamber and an injection hole which injects an air-mixed fuel formed by mixing the gaseous fuel with the outer air. Thus, a mixing of the gaseous fuel and the outer air can be improved, and the gaseous fuel can be efficiently combusted.

Fuel injector

In a fuel injector, a body has formed therein a spray hole and a fuel supply passage. Fuel supplied to the fuel supply passage is delivered to the spray hole. A fuel pressure sensor produces a signal indicative of a pressure of the fuel. First terminals are attached to the fuel pressure sensor and include a terminal for outputting the signal. The fuel pressure sensor is threadedly installed in the body while the first terminals are rotated. A connector includes a housing attached to the body, and second terminals supported by the housing for external electric connection of the fuel pressure sensor. Wires are operative to establish electrical connection between the first terminals and the second terminals. A wire holder is configured to hold each of the plurality of wires at least partly around the fuel pressure sensor.

Fuel injector with fuel pressure sensor and electrical interconnection method of the same

A detector detects a remaining power of a battery. A calculator calculates a demand load of air-conditioning based on at least one of a preset temperature set for air in a passenger compartment of an electric vehicle and an outside temperature of air outside of the electric vehicle. A switching portion switches a mode of air-conditioning between a battery mode and an engine mode based on the calculated demand load and the detected remaining power of the battery. The battery mode causes the battery to supply electric power for air-conditioning, and the engine mode causes an engine of the electric vehicle to supply combustion energy for air-conditioning.

Air-conditioning control device for electric vehicle

An injector having an injector body, in which a housing opening and a communication hale are provided, includes a supporting member fixed to an actuator, which includes a lead-wire supporting portion that supports ends of lead wires and a plate portion formed integrally with the lead-wire supporting portion. A thickness of the plate portion is smaller than that of the lead-wire supporting portion, and multiple trench portions are provided on a surface of the plate portion so that the plate portion can be easily bent. While the supporting member passes through the housing opening, the lead wires straight move. After an end portion of the supporting member contacts the communication hole, external force is applied to the end portion to bend the plate portion, and thereby the lead wires are bent while moving in the communication hole.

Injector

An injector includes a nozzle body, a main body including a supply port on the outer peripheral surface of the main body and a high pressure passage, and a fuel pressure sensor on an outer peripheral surface of the main body to detect fuel pressure. The high pressure passage has a first passage extending from the supply port in a radial direction of the main body, and a second passage extending from a fuel downstream end portion of the first passage toward an injection hole in an insertion direction of the nozzle body. The supply port and the sensor are diametrically opposed to each other. The main body includes a sensor passage, which branches from the high pressure passage to extend from the fuel downstream end portion of the first passage in an imaginary extension of the first passage so that fuel flows into the sensor through the sensor passage.

A fuel injection apparatus includes a body, a nozzle, a pressure control unit, a physical quantity measurement unit, a first terminal, a second terminal, a positioning member, and a resin connector main body portion. The pressure control unit controls opening and closing of the nozzle The physical quantity measurement unit outputs an electric signal in accordance with a physical quantity of high pressure fuel. The first terminal is connected to the pressure control unit. The second terminal connected to the physical quantity measurement unit. The positioning member integrally holds the first terminal and the second terminal and locates the first terminal and the second terminal at predetermined positions. The connector main body portion receives therein the positioning member.

Fuel injection apparatus

In a fuel injector, a body has formed therein a spray hole and a fuel supply passage. Fuel supplied to the fuel supply passage is delivered to the spray hole. A fuel pressure sensor produces a signal indicative of a pressure of the fuel. First terminals are attached to the fuel pressure sensor, and include a terminal for outputting the signal. The fuel pressure sensor is threadedly installed in the body while the plurality of first terminals are rotated about a preset axis. A connector includes a housing attached to the body, and second terminals supported by the housing for external electric connection of the fuel pressure sensor. Electrodes are each arranged to extend around the preset axis in a circular arc. Each of the electrodes electrically connects a corresponding one of the first terminals to a corresponding one of the second terminals.

An injector includes a nozzle hole, a metal body including a high pressure passage inside the body, and a fuel pressure sensor attached to the body to detect fuel pressure. The sensor includes a metal flexure element resiliently deformed upon application of fuel pressure to the flexure element, and a sensor element that converts flexure in the flexure element into an electrical signal and outputs the signal as a pressure detection value. The body includes a sensor high pressure passage communicating with the flexure element, and a body side sealing surface on which the flexure element is pressed and closely-attached so that a clearance between the body and the flexure element is metal-to-metal sealed on the sealing surface. Carburizing treatment is performed on at least a part of the body that defines the sensor high pressure passage. The carburizing treatment is not performed on the sealing surface.

Injector and method for making the same

A fuel injection device includes a pressure control portion for controlling operation of a nozzle, and a body portion having therein a bent lead wire hole through which two lead wires of the pressure control portion are introduced to exterior. A first guide member having therein a pair of first guide grooves partitioned by a first partition member is inserted into the lead wire hole from one end side, a second guide member having therein a pair of second guide grooves partitioned by a second partition member is inserted into the lead wire hole from the other end side. The first partition member protrudes from one end portion of the first guide member to have a protrusion portion, which is fitted with a recess portion of the second partition portion at one end portion of the second guide member when the first and second guide members contact.

An injector has a body that defines a high-pressure passage for passing high-pressure fuel to an injection hole inside, a needle that is accommodated in the body and that opens and closes the injection hole, an electric actuator that causes the needle to perform the opening and closing action, a lead wire that is arranged in a lead wire insertion hole formed in the body and that supplies an electric power to the electric actuator, and a fuel pressure sensor that is fixed to the body and that senses pressure of the high-pressure fuel. An outlet hole, via which the lead wire extends from the lead wire insertion hole to an outside of the body, is located at a position closer to the injection hole than the fuel pressure sensor is.
