A method for manufacturing an air bag includes forming a bag portion surrounded by a welded portion extending in an annular shape by pressing at least one welding mold against two sheet materials arranged to be stacked from a stacking direction of the sheet materials. The welding mold is pressed against the sheet materials to form the welded portion including a welding bead portion protruding to an inside of the bag portion between the sheet materials. A pressing surface of the welding mold against the sheet materials is provided with a slope portion facing in the stacking direction of the sheet materials and in a direction of the inside of the bag portion at a position further on an outside of the bag portion than a position at which the welding bead portion is formed.

Method for manufacturing air bag, air bag, and vehicle seat apparatus

This air pump device is provided with: an electric pump unit including a pump mechanism and a motor; a case; and a vibration-proof member. The pump mechanism and the motor are arranged side by side in the axial direction of the motor. The pump mechanism has an inlet and an outlet at an end in the axial direction on the opposite side of the motor. The case has a first wall and a second wall which are located on opposite sides in the axial direction of the motor and which face the electric pump unit. The vibration-proof member is provided with: a first axial vibration-proof unit interposed between the electric pump unit and the first wall; and a second axial vibration-proof unit interposed between the electric pump unit and the second wall. The first axial vibration-proof unit covers the inlet.

Air pump device and seat device

An airbag includes plural bag portions respectively including two sheet members attached to each other, and a welded portion at which the sheet members being in contact with each other are attached to each other. The welded portion includes a communication hole penetrating the sheet members to communicate the bag portions, and a rib portion arranged radially outward of the communication hole, the rib portion protruding in the thickness direction from a welded surface of the welded portion. The rib portion includes an annular rib surrounding the communication hole, and a cutout portion provided at the annular rib. The rib portion includes plural radial ribs arranged radially inward of the annular rib, the plural radial ribs radially surrounding the communication hole and extending in a radial direction of the communication hole. At least one of the radial ribs is arranged at a position radially away from the communication hole.

Airbag and seat apparatus for vehicle

A seat device includes a holding member that holds an air tube and is located below a seat cushion. The holding member includes a base wall that defines a holding surface for the air tube, a locking portion that locks air tubes routed along the holding surface on the base wall, and a side wall extending in a routing direction of each of the air tubes.

A seat device includes a seat cushion where a sitting person is seated, and a seatback configured to support the upper body of the sitting person. The seatback includes a seatback frame, a seatback pad placed on a front face of the seatback frame, and a seatback cover covering a surface of the seatback pad. A plurality of stretch airbags is provided in a part of the seatback at a position corresponding to the lumbar part of the sitting person, and the stretch airbags are configured to inflate and press a surface of the seatback to a direction approaching the sitting person. The stretch airbags are placed to overlap each other in a thickness direction of the seatback such that the seatback pad is sandwiched between the stretch airbags.

Seat device

A vehicle seat device includes a fixed base, a movable base, a paddle, and an air pack. When a side airbag arranged in the seat is deployed, the expanding side airbag presses and pivots the movable base and allows for a deployment of the side airbag. The paddle is configured to change a seat support form when pressed and pivoted by the air pack. The movable base pivots about a first pivot axis relative to the fixed base. The paddle pivots about a second pivot axis relative to the movable base. The first pivot axis and the second pivot axis are arranged at different locations.

Vehicle seat device

An inlet-outlet valve device includes a main body configured in such a manner that an air tube having an air flow passage is coupled to the main body and a first securing portion and a second securing portion secured to a retaining member located inside a seat. The first securing portion is secured to a first position on the retaining member with a first securing portion fastening member. The second securing portion is secured to a second position on the retaining member via a second securing portion fastening member. The second securing portion includes an insertion hole through which the second securing portion fastening member is inserted. The insertion hole is an elongated hole extending in a direction that connects the first securing portion and the second securing portion to each other.

Intake/exhaust valve device and vehicular seat device

A door opening degree adjustment device includes a check link having a stopper portion, a guide member having a guide hole, and an adjustment member. The adjustment member includes a plurality of stages of step portions and a guide projection that is inserted in the guide hole movably in the extending direction of the guide hole. The adjustment member causes the stopper portion to contact the step portions of any one of the stages, thereby restricting an opening operation caused by pivoting of the door in one direction. The guide projection is arranged on an extended line that connects the stopper portion to one of the stages of the step portions that contacts the stopper portion in the direction of the movement of the check link.

Door opening degree adjustment device

A door pop-up system includes a check link, which is rotatably coupled to a body of a vehicle, and a pressure member, which is rotatably arranged inside a door. The check link has a tip portion to enter the inside of the door. The pressure member presses a tip of the check link in a movement direction of the check link in which the check link moves as the door in a closed position is actuated to be opened. The door in a closed position is actuated to be opened by rotation of the pressure member and pressing of the tip of the check link with the pressure member. The pressure member has a pressure surface at which the tip of the check link is pressed. The pressure surface has a restriction surface to restrict displacement of the check link in a height direction.
