A scroll compressor includes: a shell; a compression mechanism unit accommodated in the shell and defining a compression chamber, the compression mechanism unit having a discharge port through which a discharge chamber and the compression chamber communicate with one another; a discharge valve mechanism that opens and closes the discharge port. The discharge valve mechanism includes a valve seat provided on an outlet portion of the discharge port and a valve and closes the valve seat when sitting on the valve seat. The valve seat includes an annular portion serving as an edge of an opening of the outlet portion and a valve supporting portion that is provided in a region surrounded by the inner circumference of the annular portion and divides the opening of the outlet portion into plural valve seat holes. The valve is in contact with at least a portion of the valve supporting portion and with the annular portion, when sitting on the valve seat.

A scroll compressor includes an orbiting bedplate which has an oil passage through which oil flows outward in a radial direction of the orbiting bedplate, a lap-side oil supply hole that causes the oil passage to communicate with a lap-formation surface of the orbiting lap, and a thrust-surface-side oil supply hole that causes the oil passage to communicate with a thrust surface of the orbiting bedplate that is opposite to the lap-formation surface of the orbiting bedplate. An opening and closing mechanism provided in the oil passage closes the thrust-surface-side oil supply hole when the pressure of oil that is drawn from an oil sump by an oil pump and supplied into the oil passage is low, and opens the thrust-surface-side oil supply hole when the pressure of the oil is high.

A staple removal device includes: a placement table on which a paper bundle is placed, the paper bundle being bound by a staple and including a first paper surface; a moving portion arranged at a position facing the first paper surface, the moving portion being movable in a direction along the first paper surface and including a wedge plate inclined in a wedge shape toward a tip end thereof; a driving portion configured to move the moving portion toward a crown portion and insert the wedge plate between the crown portion and the first paper surface; and an abutment portion arranged at a position facing the first paper surface, the abutment portion being abutted against the crown portion from a direction opposite to an insertion direction of the wedge plate after the wedge plate is inserted between the crown portion and the first paper surface.

A scroll compressor includes a slider. The slider includes a cylindrical portion and a balance weight portion. The balance weight portion includes a counter weight part, a first main weight component, and a second main weight component. The counter weight part has a first outer circumferential surface that is a partial cylindrical surface about the axis of rotation of the slider. A scroll compressor includes a crank shaft, an orbiting scroll, and a frame. The crank shaft has a lubricant channel. The orbiting scroll has an inner channel and a lubricant channel groove. The inner channel allows the lubricant supplied through the crank shaft to flow outward. A scroll compressor includes a slider including a cylindrical portion supported by a rocking bearing provided on an orbiting scroll so that it rotates freely, and a balance weight portion connected to the cylindrical portion. When a direction opposite to an eccentric direction of the orbiting scroll is a counter eccentric direction and a direction of a central axis of the rocking bearing is a Z-axis direction, the balance weight portion includes a main weight portion provided at a position distant from a center of rotation of the slider in the counter eccentric direction, and a counter-weight portion provided at a position spaced away from the orbiting scroll than a position of a center of the rocking bearing in the Z-axis direction and at a position distant from the center of rotation of the slider in the eccentric direction.

The center axis of the slider is eccentric in one direction from an axis of rotation of the main shaft and a center of gravity of the slider is eccentric in an opposite direction.
