A wire rope flaw detection device includes: a base unit including a magnetizer for forming a main magnetic path in the axial direction of a wire rope, and a magnetic sensor for detecting a leakage magnetic flux generated by a wire rope damaged part; and a guide unit including guide members and a guide plate which are formed in U shapes along the outer circumference of the wire rope, wherein the guide unit is fixed to the base unit.

Wire rope flaw detection device

Provided is a wire rope flaw detector including a magnetizer configured to form a main magnetic flux in a part of a wire rope in a longitudinal direction thereof. A plurality of search coils are configured to detect a leakage flux that occurs from a damaged part of the wire rope in a segment in which the main magnetic flux is formed. A control unit is configured to detect induced voltages generated in the plurality of search coils. Further, the control unit is configured to superimpose voltage waveforms of the plurality of search coils on one another while shifting the voltage waveforms by a time calculated based on an interval between the plurality of search coils adjacent to each other and on a relative moving speed of the wire rope with respect to the magnetizer, to thereby amplify a peak of the induced voltage.

In a braking apparatus, a buffering member that is formed using a flexible material is disposed between a fixed portion and a movable portion. An accommodating recess portion that accommodates and holds the buffering member is disposed on a buffering member holding portion that includes at least one of the fixed portion and the movable portion. An opening portion that communicates with an external portion of the buffering member holding portion is disposed on a portion of a side surface of the accommodating recess portion. The buffering member is removable from and insertable into the accommodating recess portion through the opening portion from a direction that is perpendicular to a direction of displacement of the movable portion.
