A vehicle alternating-current power generator includes a stator formed by winding an armature winding on a stator core and a rotor arranged on the radial inside of the stator. The rotor includes a field core having a boss part and a plurality of claw-shaped magnetic pole parts, a field winding that is wound on the outer peripheral side of the boss part, and a permanent magnet that is arranged between the circumferentially adjacent claw-shaped magnetic pole parts. A d-axis magnetic circuit formed by magnetomotive force of the field winding and at least part of first and second magnet magnetic circuits formed by magnetic force of the permanent magnet are shared. When an electrical load is connected to the rotor, the relationship between a permeance Prt of the d-axis magnetic circuit and a permeance Pst of a q-axis magnetic circuit is set to satisfy Pst&#x3e;Prt.

Rotary electrical machine

A rotor of a rotating electric machine includes a field core having a cylindrical boss portion, and a plurality of claw-shaped magnetic pole portions that are arranged on the outer side of the boss portion and form poles of alternately different polarities in the circumferential direction, a field winding that is wound around the outer periphery of the boss portion and generates a magnetomotive force by energization, a permanent magnet disposed between the circumferentially adjacent claw-shaped magnetic pole portions so as to have its easy axis of magnetization oriented in the circumferential direction and have its polarity coincide with the polarity of the claw-shaped magnetic pole portions which alternately appears by excitation, and a magnetic flux short circuit member having a short circuit portion that magnetically connects the claw-shaped magnetic pole portions circumferentially arranged to have different polarities.

Rotating electric machine

A rotor is provided which includes a first rotor portion, a second rotor portion which is arranged at a position deviated from the first rotor portion by a predetermined skew angle so as to contact the first rotor portion, first magnets each of which is provided in a magnetic pole of the first rotor portion, and second magnets each of which is provided in a magnetic pole of the second rotor portion and is arranged at a position deviated from the first magnet of the first rotor portion by the predetermined skew angle. Coercive field strengths of the first magnets and coercive field strengths of the second magnets are different from each other.

Rotor and electric rotating machine

The stator of the electric rotating machine includes a stator winding constituted of a plurality of U-shaped conductor segments each including a turn portion and two straight portions, the U-shaped conductor segments being connected in series by welding at welded portions formed in ends of the straight portions, and a stator core formed with slots, the straight portions of each U-shaped conductor segment being accommodated in corresponding two of the slots. The welded side slot pitch as an interval of the corresponding two of the slots on the side opposite to the turn portions is narrower than the N-S magnetic pole pitch of the rotor. The stator winding includes overlapped wire wrapping sections each constituted of the U-shaped conductor segments accommodated in the corresponding two of the slots, and crossover wires disposed on the side of the welded portions for connecting the overlapped wire wrapping sections.

Electric machine with stator's welded-side pitch less that rotor's pitch

According to one embodiment, an insulated electric wire is disclosed. The insulated electric wire includes a conductor and an insulating film formed on the conductor, the insulating film including a first layer of a first polyamideimide containing an adhesion improver, a second layer of a second polyamideimide obtained by reacting an isocyanate component containing 10 to 70 mol % in total of 2,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and dimer acid diisocyanate react with an acid component formed on the first layer, and a third layer of a polyimide formed on the second layer.

Insulated electric wire

A rotor includes a rotor core with a circumferential surface facing a stator and permanent magnets each received in a corresponding slot of the rotor core. Each of the permanent magnets has a first corner portion positioned closest to the circumferential surface of the rotor core and a first side surface that intersects an imaginary line, faces toward the stator side and makes up part of the first corner portion. The imaginary line extends in the magnetization direction of the permanent magnet through the center of the permanent magnet. Between the first side surface of the permanent magnet and the inner surface of the corresponding slot, there are formed a first gap, a second gap and an abutment area from the first corner portion side in this order. The first gap has a smaller width than the second gap in a direction perpendicular to the first side surface.

Rotor configured to be rotateably disposed in an electric rotating machine with a circumferential surface of a rotor core facing a stator of the electric rotating machine

A stator for an electric rotating machine is equipped with a stator winding made up of a plurality of conductor segments. Each of the conductor segments has a head and two legs. The legs are inserted through their respective slots formed in a stator core, so that each of the conductor segments has leg ends protruding from either one of opposed end surfaces of the stator core and the head thereof protruding from the other end surface. Radially adjacent two of the leg ends are provided as a coil end pair to be welded. At least one of the heads is interposed between adjacent two of the coil end pairs, thereby ensuring a distance between the two adjacent coil end pairs which is great enough to provide a required degree of electric insulation between the coil end pairs when the leg ends of the conductor segments are welded electrically.

Stator for electric rotating machine

When a corner part that is most distant from a perimeter surface of a rotor core is defined as a first corner part and a corner part in a position that faces the first corner part in a magnetization direction of a permanent magnet is defined as a second corner part, a gap is formed between the second corner part and an inner circumference side of a slot, and the inner circumference side of the slot that forms the gap has an arc surface that has a point X as a center on the inner circumference side of the slot that faces the first corner part. Therefore, the demagnetizing field by the magnetic flux from the stator side does not act intensively on the second corner part of the permanent magnet, and the demagnetizing field instead affects in a wide range of the permanent magnet equally.

Rotor of rotating electrical machine

A rotor for an electric rotating machine includes a rotor core and a plurality of magnetic poles. The rotor core is formed of a plurality of magnetic steel sheets laminated in the axial direction of the rotor core. The magnetic poles are formed on a radially outer periphery of the rotor core. The magnetic poles are arranged at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotor core so that the polarities of the magnetic poles alternate between north and south in the circumferential direction. Furthermore, the magnetic steel sheets forming the rotor core are welded so that a plurality of welds are formed on one of radially outer and inner surfaces of the rotor core. Each of the welds has a pair of axial end portions that are offset from each other in the circumferential direction of the rotor core and electrically connected to each other.
