In the gas turbine combined plant, water fed to an entrance of a high-pressure economizer is guided into an air cooler as a cooling medium of high-temperature air that passes through the air cooler. High-temperature water obtained by heat exchanging with high-temperature air is branched to a passage that joins water drawn from an exit of the high-pressure economizer and a passage that joins a condenser. These passages are provided with regulating valves that regulate the flow rate of the water that passes through these passages, respectively.

An apparatus and method for steam cooling a gas turbine. An intermediate-pressure drum of a recovery boiler supplies outlet steam, as a cooling steam, to a combustor through a steam channel The flow rate of steam guided into the combustor is adjusted through opening or closing of a first flow control valve by a controller such that the pressure of the intermediate-pressure drum becomes a set value set according to a load status of a gas turbine A required amount of steam according to the load status of the gas turbine is fed to the combustor Thus, the flow rate of steam guided into the combustor is controlled by adjustment of the existing first flow control valve for maintaining the pressure of the intermediate-pressure drum in a predetermined state, without the need to provide an expensive valve device in the steam channel

Steam cooling apparatus for gas turbine

The temperature and flow rate of steam introduced to a gas turbine and a combustor is controlled properly through mixing intermediate-pressure steam and high-pressure steam. Thus, two different requirements, i.e., adjustment of steam temperature and securing of a sufficient steam flow rate, can be satisfied simultaneously. As a result, it becomes possible to simultaneously achieve control of the clearance of the blade ring of the gas turbine by means of steam and cooling of the combustor by means of steam.

Steam control apparatus for turbine

The gas turbine fuel gas filling apparatus includes a main fuel valve, a fuel valve, an inert gas purge valve, and a pressure detector for detecting a pressure in the fuel line. The main fuel valve is gradually opened, and fixed to a valve opening at a time when a predetermined first pressure condition is established. Pressure is measured after lapse of a predetermined time. The main fuel valve is gradually opened until a second pressure condition is established. Pressure is measured upon a completion of gas-filling. With establishment of a third pressure condition, the inert purge relief valve is closed. With establishment of a fourth pressure condition, the main fuel valve is fully opened.

Method for filling fuel gas in a gas turbine

A gas turbine steam cooled system has a high temperature portion,outlet steam temperature maintained to a predetermined value without a cooling steam pressure becoming lower than the pressure in the gas turbine cylinder. Steam coming from an intermediate pressure superheater,of a waste heat recovery boiler,is led into the high temperature portion,of the gas turbine for cooling thereof. The temperature of the cooling steam at the outlet of the high temperature portion,is detected by a high temperature portion outlet steam temperature detector,, and a signal thereof is sent a lower value selector,via a temperature controller,. Pressure in the gas turbine cylinder is detected by a gas turbine cylinder pressure detector,, and pressure of the cooling steam at the high temperature portion,outlet is detected by a high temperature portion outlet steam pressure detector,. A differential signal thereof is sent to a pressure controller,. Signals from the temperature controller,and the pressure controller,are inputted into the lower selector,, and temperature control valve,is controlled by the lower value thereof to be opened and closed.

The present invention is characterized in controlling the amount of cooling steam supplied to high temperature parts,in accordance with the dynamic characteristics of exhaust heat recovery boiler,when the load on gas turbine,C is changing, in a gas turbine steam cooling system provided with an exhaust heat recovery boiler,for operating gas turbine,C and generating steam using the exhaust heat from gas turbine,C, the combined cycle plant being controlled by driving the steam turbines,by directing a steam line from exhaust heat recovery boiler,to steam turbines,cooling high temperature parts,of gas turbine,C by branching the steam line from exhaust heat recovery boiler,and returning the cooled steam to the steam line.
