A retinal projection device includes: a projector module including a light source that emits laser light and a movable mirror that performs scanning with the laser light; a reflector that projects an image onto a retina of a user wearing the near eye wearable device by reflecting the laser light having passed through the movable mirror and irradiating the retina with reflected light; and a controller that determines an irradiation range of the reflector to be irradiated with the laser light in accordance with a position of a pupil of the user and controls the projector module to irradiate the irradiation range with the laser light. The reflector includes a plurality of unit regions provided along a surface of a lens of the near eye wearable device, and the surface faces an eyeball of the user. The irradiation range is a part of the plurality of unit regions.

Transceiver device

This optical waveguide detection element includes a substrate, an optical waveguide layer formed on the substrate, and a photodetector. The optical waveguide layer includes a first optical waveguide in which visible light having a wavelength of 380 nm to 800 nm propagates, a second optical waveguide in which near-infrared light having a wavelength of 801 nm to 2000 nm propagates, and a third optical waveguide in which light propagates to a light receiving surface of the photodetector. A visible light output port of the first optical waveguide from which the visible light is output, a near-infrared light output port of the second optical waveguide from which the near-infrared light is output, and a reflected light input port of the third optical waveguide to which the near-infrared light is reflected and returned are arranged on one end surface of the optical waveguide layer.

An electrode structure includes: a metal film with an opening formed in a part of the metal film; and a transparent conductive film disposed in the opening, wherein the transparent conductive film is electronically connected to an element and overlaps with the element as viewed in a plan view in a thickness direction of the transparent conductive film.

Electrode structure and photodetection element

The light detection element includes a magnetic element and an optical waveguide. The magnetic element includes a first ferromagnetic layer, a second ferromagnetic layer, and a spacer layer sandwiched between the first ferromagnetic layer and the second ferromagnetic layer. The optical waveguide includes at least a core and a cladding covering at least a part of the core. Light that has propagated through the optical waveguide is applied to the magnetic element.
