Provided is a hydrodesulfurization catalyst for hydrocarbon oil, the catalyst comprising: an inorganic oxide carrier comprising Si, Ti and Al; and at least one metal component, carried on the inorganic oxide carrier, being selected from the group consisting of group 6 elements, group 8 elements, group 9 elements and group 10 elements, wherein the content of Al in the inorganic oxide carrier is 50% by mass or higher in terms of AlO; the content of Si therein is 1.0 to 10% by mass in terms of SiO; and the content of Ti therein is 12 to 28% by mass in terms of TiO; and in the inorganic oxide carrier, the absorption edge wavelength of an absorption peak from Ti is 364 nm or shorter as measured by ultraviolet spectroscopy.

Hydrodesulfurization catalyst for hydrocarbon oil and method for manufacturing hydrodesulfurization catalyst

A method for producing a base oil for lubricant oils comprising: a first step of hydrocracking a stock oil having a content percentage of a heavy matter of 80% by mass or more so that a crack per mass of the heavy matter is 20 to 85% by mass, to obtain a hydrocracked oil comprising the heavy matter and a hydrocracked product thereof, a second step of fractionating the hydrocracked oil into a base oil fraction comprising the hydrocracked product and a heavy fraction comprising the heavy matter and being heavier than the base oil fraction, respectively, a third step of isomerization dewaxing the base oil fraction from the fractionation in the second step to obtain a dewaxed oil, wherein the heavy fraction from the fractionation in the second step is returned to the first step as a part of the stock oil.

Method for producing base oil for lubricant oils

When supplied with an external synchronizing signal from an input terminal (2), a synchronizing separating circuit (6) separates and detects a horizontal synchronizing signal from the input signal and generates an HD pulse. When supplied with the HD pulse, a flip-flop (9) is set to generate a pulse. This output pulse is integrated by an integrating circuit (8) and an integrated output from the integrating circuit (8) is used to adjust a width of an output pulse from the flip-flop (9) to a value corresponding to a horizontal scanning frequency. The flip-flop (9) can be set only when supplied with the HD pulse, thereby preventing the flip-flop (9) from outputting a pulse whose width is longer than the width of the HD pulse. Therefore, the length of the back porch can be prevented from being reduced more than it is needed.
