The technical problem of the present disclosure is to provide a conductive rubber composition for sensing that has good responsiveness of changes in electrical resistance to strain and can accurately detect the occurrence of cracks. The solution is a conductive rubber composition for sensing, containing a rubber component and carbon black, wherein the rubber component contains 80% by mass or more of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber with an acrylonitrile unit content of more than 45% by mass, a loss tangent (tan δ) at 1% strain is 0.6 or less, and a hysteresis loss (Wd/Ws) at 70% elongation is 0.43 or more.

Conductive rubber composition for sensing

Provided is a rubber composition in which static ozone resistance, dynamic ozone resistance and discoloration resistance are highly balanced. Also provided is a tire in which static ozone resistance, dynamic ozone resistance and discoloration resistance are highly balanced. The rubber composition comprises a rubber component, a petroleum wax, and an antidegradant, wherein the petroleum wax comprises a C20-C34 hydrocarbon component and a C35 or higher hydrocarbon component, and a proportion of the C20-C34 hydrocarbon component is 15% by mass to 30% by mass and a proportion of the C35 or higher hydrocarbon component is 70% by mass to 85% by mass, based on a total mass of the C20-C34 hydrocarbon component and the C35 or higher hydrocarbon component.

The present invention is to provide a production method of a natural rubber master batch including a step of mixing a natural rubber latex and an aqueous slurry having carbon black dispersed in water, wherein a mixing amount of the carbon black is from 10 to 100 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of a natural rubber component; and the carbon black is satisfied with the relationships expressed by (1) 120&#x3c;CTAB adsorption specific surface area&#x3c;160, (2) 50&#x3c;24M4DBP&#x3c;100, and (3) 75&#x3c;toluene discoloration transmittance&#x3c;95. Also, the present invention is to provide a natural rubber master batch obtained by the subject production method. Furthermore, the present invention is to provide a rubber composition using the foregoing natural rubber master batch and a tire using the subject rubber composition.
