A vehicle operation pedal device includes a pedal bracket, an operation pedal, a rotation lever, and a shear portion. The rotation lever includes a contact portion and a pressing portion. The rotation lever is configured to, by receiving a load greater than or equal to a threshold when the contact portion comes into contact with the vehicle body structural member, rotate about the rotation shaft such that the pressing portion presses the input shaft. The shear portion is configured to fix the rotation lever to the pedal arm when the load applied to the rotation lever from the vehicle body structural member is less than the threshold, and cancel the fixation by being broken when the load is greater than or equal to the threshold.

Operation pedal device for vehicle

To provide a vehicle operating pedal apparatus with a compact space for mounting an angle sensor that detects the angle of rotation of an operating pedal. A vehicle operating pedal apparatus () includes: a left support member () and a right support member () that face each other; an operating pedal () that is provided at the upper end with a boss (), and supported between the left support member () and the right support member () in such a manner as to be pivotable via a pivot bolt () and a collar () that are inserted into the boss (); and an angle sensor () configured to detect the angle of rotation of the operating pedal (). The angle sensor () includes: an IC () provided on an inner side between the left support member () and the right support member (); and a magnet () provided at the upper end of the operating pedal (), facing the IC (), to be detected by the IC ().

Vehicle operation pedal device

Provided is a vehicle operation pedal device comprising: an operation pedal which includes a depressing part provided thereto; a pair of upper support members which are fixed to a dash panel; a pair of lower support members which are fixed to the dash panel and also fixed to the pair of upper support members; an upper center support member which is laid between the pair of upper support members; and a connection hole which supports an operating rod protruding from the dash panel towards a vehicle rear side, such that the operating rod is rotatable with respect to the operation pedal. The upper center support member comprises a sliding receiving part. The pair of upper support members comprise an escape hole.

Provided is a vehicle operation pedal device comprising: an operation pedal provided with a depressing part; a pair of upper support members anchored to a dash panel; a pair of lower support members anchored to the dash panel and also anchored to the pair of upper support members; an upper center support member bridging the pair of upper support members; and a connection hole for rotatably supporting, relative to the operation pedal, an operating rod protruding from the dash panel toward a vehicle rear side. The upper center support member comprises a sliding receiving part. The pair of upper support members comprise escape holes.

A brake pedal device includes a pedal bracket, an operation pedal, an intermediate lever, and a coupling link. The pedal bracket includes a first side plate member and a second side plate member secured to a dash panel and arranged at interval in a vehicle width direction, and is fastened and secured with respect to a vehicle body side bracket located on a vehicle rear side by a nut and a bolt at one location. The first side plate member and the second side plate member include a deformation allowing part and a deformation allowing part between a first support shaft located on a rearward side among the first support shaft and a second support shaft, and an attachment/securing part and an attachment/securing part.

A vehicle operation pedal apparatus includes an elongate hollow pedal arm provided with a pedal sheet, the vehicle operation pedal apparatus transmits a pedal operating force applied to the hollow pedal arm to an output member connected to the hollow pedal arm. The hollow pedal arm is formed of a pair of a front half and a rear half each having a U-shaped section and combined with each other; the vehicle operation pedal apparatus comprises a plate-shaped connection plate having a connecting portion connected to the output member so as to be pivotable relative to the output member and fixed integrally with the hollow pedal arm; in the front half and the rear half, slit-shaped through-holes are formed, respectively; and the connection plate is passed through the hollow pedal arm in a vehicle front-rear direction through the through-holes.
