A task to be achieved by the invention is to provide a foamed sheet having excellent retention of foam, hand feeling, and peel strength. The present invention provides a foamed sheet which is formed from a water dispersion of a urethane resin (X), wherein the water dispersion has a urethane resin (X) content of 50 to 80% by mass, and the water dispersion contains no organic solvent. Further, the present invention provides a synthetic leather having at least a substrate (i) and a polyurethane layer (ii), wherein the polyurethane layer (ii) is formed from the above-mentioned foamed sheet. The foamed sheet preferably has a density of 200 to 1,000 kg/m.

Foam sheet and synthetic leather

The present invention provides a resin composition containing a urethane resin (A), an acrylic resin (B), and water (C), in which the acrylic resin (B) is a polymer of a polymerizable compound containing a (meth)acrylic compound (b-1) having a hydroxy group and has a glass transition temperature of 40° C. or higher. The present invention also provides a synthetic leather having at least a base (i), an adhesive layer (ii), and a skin layer (iii), in which the skin layer (iii) is formed from the resin composition. The polymerizable compound as the raw material of the acrylic resin (B) preferably contains, in addition to (b-1), a polymerizable compound (b-2) in which a hydrogen bond term (δH) in Hansen solubility parameters is 2.2 MPaor more.

Resin composition and synthetic leather

The present invention provides a synthetic leather including at least a base (i), an adhesive layer (ii), and a skin layer (iii). The adhesive layer (ii) and the skin layer (iii) are both formed of a urethane resin composition including a urethane resin and water, the urethane resin being produced using an aromatic polyisocyanate as a raw material. The urethane resin composition forming the adhesive layer (ii) preferably includes a urethane resin (A) and water (B), the urethane resin (A) being produced using an aromatic polyisocyanate (a1) as a raw material. The aromatic polyisocyanate (a1) preferably includes toluene diisocyanate. It is preferable that the urethane resin (A) include an anionic group and the concentration of the anionic group in the urethane resin (A) be 0.35 mmol/g or less.

Synthetic leather

The present invention provides a one-component aqueous resin composition including: an aqueous urethane resin (A), an aqueous urethane resin (A) that has a flow starting temperature of 50&#xb0; C. to 155&#xb0; C. and an acid value of 15 mgKOH/g or lower; and an aqueous medium (B). In addition, the present invention provides a fiber laminate including: a layer (iii) that is made from the one-component aqueous resin composition; and a fiber base (iv). The aqueous urethane resin (A) is preferably a specific anionic urethane resin (A-A-1) or an anionic urethane resin (A-A-2). The one-component aqueous resin composition of the present invention exhibits excellent adhesiveness and resistance to moist heat without the aid of a crosslinking agent.

One-pack type aqueous resin composition and fiber laminate

The present invention provides a glove including a coagulated film of an aqueous polyurethane composition containing anionic polyurethane (A), which has an oxyalkylene group content within a range of 4 to 12 mol/kg and a urea bond content of 0.2 mol/kg or less, and an aqueous medium (B). The anionic polyurethane (A) is preferably the reaction product of polyoxytetramethylene glycol, a glycol having a carboxyl group, ethylene glycol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate or the reaction product of polyoxytetramethylene glycol, a glycol having a carboxyl group, butanediol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate. The average particle diameter of the anionic polyurethane (A) is preferably within a range of 0.01 to 1 &#x3bc;m.

Gloves

A problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method for producing leather-like sheets with excellent chemical resistance and discoloration resistance utilizing an aqueous urethane resin composition. The invention provides a method for producing a leather-like sheet in the form of a laminate including a film, the method including forming the film by applying an aqueous urethane resin composition onto a substrate and drying the composition, the aqueous urethane resin composition including a urethane resin, a nonionic emulsifier and an aqueous medium, the urethane resin being one obtained by reacting a polyol including a carboxyl group-containing polyol, an aromatic polyisocyanate and a chain extender, the urethane resin having a urea bond content of not more than 0.3 mol/kg. The film is preferably used as a skin layer and/or a topcoat layer of the leather-like sheet.

Method for producing leather-like sheet

Provided is an aqueous urethane resin composition with which a fiber base can be impregnated, which is capable of thermal coagulation, which does not detach from the fiber base due to water or heat in the step of coloring the impregnated base, and which is capable of forming a coating film having resistance to discoloration which may occur with time and an excellent feeling, that is, flexibility and resilience. The aqueous urethane resin composition includes a urethane resin a nonionic emulsifier, and an aqueous medium, the urethane resin being produced by reacting a polyol including a polyol including a carboxyl group with an aromatic polyisocyanate and a chain extender, the content of urea linkage in the urethane resin being 0.3 mol/kg or less. Also provided is a leather-like sheet produced by impregnating a fiber base with the aqueous urethane resin composition and subsequently performing thermal coagulation of the urethane resin composition.
