An objective of the present invention is to prevent a copper foil used as a recognition mark from being stripped from a base film in a flexible printed board while preventing the recognition accuracy for the recognition mark from being reduced. A flexible printed board includes a base film; a copper foil pattern on the base film, wherein the copper foil pattern has a hollow shape with an outer circumferential section and an inner circumferential section and is configured to function as a recognition mark; a coverlay having an opening formed therein, wherein the coverlay is bonded to the base film and covers the outer circumferential section of the copper foil pattern such that an edge of the opening is positioned between the outer circumferential section and the inner circumferential section of the copper foil pattern.

Flexible printed board having improved recognition accuracy

A flexible printed circuit includes: a chip component serving as an electronic component having a first electrode and the like; a base film; a conductive first pattern layer which is laminated on a portion of the base film and has a bonding region to which the electrode is, for example, soldered; and a coverlay laminated on the base film or the first pattern layer via an adhesive and having an opening for externally exposing a portion of the first pattern layer including the bonding region, and the chip component. The first pattern layer has a groove that opens in a range between the bonding region and an edge of the opening on a surface of the first pattern layer.

Flexible printed circuit

An electronic circuit board includes electronic components to be mounted; a plurality of hard rigid board portions each of which has an insulating insulator and a conductive circuit pattern and electrically connects the mounted electronic component to the circuit pattern; and at least one soft flexible board portion which has an insulating insulator, has a conductive circuit pattern electrically connected to each of the circuit patterns of at least two rigid board portions among the plurality of rigid board portions, and is integrated with the rigid board portions which are electrically connected to the circuit pattern thereof. A plurality of contact relays as the electronic components is dispersedly arranged on the respective rigid board portions.

Electronic circuit board

An electronic circuit board includes a plurality of hard rigid board portions each of which has an insulating insulator and a conductive circuit pattern and electrically connects a mounted electronic component to the circuit pattern; and at least one soft flexible board portion which has an insulating insulator, has a conductive circuit pattern electrically connected to each of the circuit patterns of at least two rigid board portions among the plurality of rigid board portions, and is integrated with the rigid board portions which are electrically connected to the circuit pattern of the flexible board portion. The insulator of the flexible board portion is provided with a through-hole at a place where the circuit pattern of the flexible board portion is not stacked.

To achieve efficient heat spreading and heat releasing by using a metal core of a circuit board, a terminal block includes an insulating block body and terminals. At least one of the terminals is provided with terminal portions for a connection with a circuit board. The terminal portions are inserted into respective through holes of the circuit board, the circuit board having a pattern circuit at a surface layer thereof and a conductive metal core at an intermediate portion in a thickness direction, so that heat of the metal core or of both the metal core and the pattern circuit is absorbed and transferred to the terminals. A bus-bar block includes an insulating block body and several parallel bus-bars with different lengths. Terminal portions at a tip end of the bus-bars are inserted, near heat-generating component on the circuit board, into the through holes of the circuit board.

Circuit board structure having measures against heat

The present invention provides a junction block adapted adaptable for a variety of vehicles without increase of cost. The junction block includes a circuit board, a terminal blockfor low-grade use to be connected to the circuit board, a bus bar blocksuperimposed on the terminal block and connected to the circuit board, a coverfor covering the circuit board from side of the bus bar block, and a plurality of fuses' to be connected to terminalsof the terminal block and the bus bar block, wherein the junction block is adaptable for a variety of vehicles with or without use of the bus bar block.

Junction block

A metal core substrate is provided. A first routing member is comprised of a first area of one sheet of metal core material; a first insulation layer formed on the first area; and a first circuit pattern made of a copper foil and formed on the first insulation layer. A second routing member comprised of: a second area of the one sheet of the metal core material, which is separated from the first area; a second insulation layer formed on the second area; and a second circuit pattern made of a copper foil and formed on the second insulation layer. A connecting member electrically connects the first routing member and the second routing member. The connecting member is comprised of a third area of the one sheet of the metal core material, which is interposed between the first area and the second area.

Metal core substrate

Bus bars each having on one side a terminal portion for connection of an electrical component and on the other side a terminal portion for connection of circuit board are provided in an insulating block body parallel to each other to constitute a busbar block. The bus bars are prevented from uplifting by virtue of a rib integral with the block body. Recessed portions for positioning are provided in an insulating cover corresponding to the ribs, and at the same time as the busbar block is attached to the cover, the ribs are brought into engagement with the recessed portions to provide positioning of the busbar block. Terminal block constructed by terminals each having on one end thereof a terminal portion for connection of an electrical component and on the other side thereof a terminal portion for connection of circuit board, and an insulating block body holding the terminals.

Busbar-block mounting structure

There is provided a waterproof structure for the electrical junction box includes a stepwise portion in which a punched hole has to be provided for molding a locking projection on a peripheral wall of a main-body case. The waterproof structure prevents intrusion of a droplet from an outside into the main-body case via the punched hole and thereby improves waterproof performance. Waterproof structure of electrical junction box

A plate-like terminal mounting structure is configured to attach a plurality of plate-like terminals in multiple tiers to a terminal holder for facilitated and effective positioning of the terminals in the terminal holder and prevention of undesirable impacts of the terminals upon a connection between the terminals and a circuit board. The terminal holder includes a plurality of ribs tapering toward their tips and parallel to each other. The terminal includes a recessed portions or holes for engaging the plate-like terminals with the ribs in a regular mounting position without gap left therebetween. The rib includes sloping surfaces on its four sides (front, rear, right, and left sides). The terminal holder includes a partition wall separating the terminals from each other, the partition wall being in one piece with the ribs. The plate-like terminals are arranged in multiple tiers in a height direction of the ribs. The recessed portion or the hole of the terminal in a lower tier is large, and the recessed portion or the hole of the terminal in the upper tier is small depending on tapering of the ribs.

Plate-like terminals mounting structure

An electrical connection box includes: a body; a mounting member which is attached to the body; a shaft portion which is provided on the mounting member; and a shaft receiving portion which is provided on the body and receives the shaft portion rotatably. A first rib is formed on one of the shaft portion and the shaft receiving portion. When the mounting member is attached to the body, the first rib abuts against the other of the shaft portion and the shaft receiving portion.

Electrical connection box

The present invention provides an electric connection box capable of carrying out insertion accurately when a plurality of connection terminals provided at a terminal holding member to a plurality of inserting grooves of a terminal inserting member, as a result, capable of preventing deformation of the connection terminal. The electric connection box of the invention includes a terminal holding member having a front surface, a first side surface, and a second side surface and including a plurality of terminals mounted on the front surface so as to be projected from the front surface, an source terminal mounted on the first side surface so as to be projected from the first side surface in a direction in which the terminals align, a guide projected streak mounted on the second side surface along a direction in which the terminals are projected so as to be projected from the second side surface, and a terminal inserting member including a plurality of inserting grooves in which the terminals are inserted, a terminal guide groove in which the source terminal is inserted, and a streak guide groove in which the guide projected streak is inserted.

Electric connection box

The present invention provides an electric connection box capable of reducing cost and capable of constituting small-sized formation by devising a structure of engaging a cover. The electric connection box including an electronic device and connected to a wire harness so as to electrically connect the electronic device and the wire harness includes a synthetic resin member including a mold stripping hole used for molding the synthetic resin member, and a cover including a engaging portion engaged with the hole.

An electrical connection box includes a body, a mounting member attached to the body, a lock arm which is provided at one of the body and the mounting member, and a lock receiving portion which is provided at the other of the body and the mounting member. The lock arm includes an arm portion and a first engaging portion. The lock receiving portion includes a receiving portion which has an inserting portion and a second engaging portion. The receiving portion includes a projection which projects from the surface of the receiving portion farther than the second engaging portion from the inserting portion so as to abut on the arm portion to locate the lock arm in a predetermined position. When the first engaging portion engages with the second engaging portion, a clearance is formed between the receiving portion and the arm portion.
