The coupling members are positioned so as to span both paired housing halves and extend across the multiple connecting units in the direction of coupling of the connecting units, while, at the same time, having pairs of engaging portions engaging the respective housing halves of each connecting unit, and each of the paired housing halves has engageable portions engaging the corresponding engaging portions both in the direction of connection to counterpart connector components and in the direction of coupling.

A semiconductor apparatus that can detect the amplitude level of harmonics is provided. A semiconductor apparatus includes a common mode detector circuit that detects alternating current (AC) signals in a common mode, and a detector circuit that detects the amplitude level of an even-order harmonic output from the common mode detector circuit. The common mode detector circuit combines the AC signals being differential signals in common mode, thereby cancelling out odd-order harmonics to obtain direct current and even-order harmonics. The detector circuit detects the amplitude level of the even-order harmonics from a signal obtained by the common mode detection, and outputs the detected amplitude level.

Semiconductor device and adjustment method of filter circuit

Transmitter circuits for generating baseband signals having low receiver-band noise are disclosed. In one embodiment, the transmitter circuit comprises an active filtering-and-amplifying component comprising a first input configured to receive a first input signal, and a first output configured to output a first output signal. The transmitter circuit further comprises a passive filtering component comprising a second input connected to the first output and configured to receive the first output signal, a passive pole arrangement comprising a number of switchable resistance elements and a capacitance element connected across the plurality of switchable resistance elements, and a second output configured to output a second output signal having reduced noise as compared to the first output signal. The transmitter still further comprises a number of feedback loops connecting the passive filtering component to the first input.

The present invention intends to provide a filter circuit in which an area occupied by the circuit can be reduced by suppressing the scale of its circuit configuration while a predetermined vicinity disturbance wave rejection ratio is maintained and a communication semiconductor device using the same, the filter circuit filtering an analog signal and including a voltage/current conversion circuit for converting the analog signal from voltage to current, and a capacitor array which executes signal processing by charging/discharging the current converted by the voltage/current conversion circuit to/from plural capacitors, the capacitor array being so constructed that the plural capacitors are divided to plural stages so that signals averaged by the capacitor on a preceding stage are accumulated in the capacitor on a next stage successively.

Filter circuit and communication semiconductor device using the same

An oscillator circuit is formed of a differential LC resonant circuit formed of an L load differential circuit including inductance-variable portions and a capacitor element, and a positive feedback circuit formed of N-channel MOS transistors. The inductance-variable portion is configured to vary the inductance by selecting a plurality of switch circuits arranged between a plurality of arbitrary positions on a spiral interconnection layer and the input/output terminal, and thereby can control an oscillation frequency. The inductance-variable portions form an inductor pair when the switch circuit among the switch circuits coupled between the first input/output terminals is turned on together with the switch circuit.

Oscillator circuit and L load differential circuit achieving a wide oscillation frequency range and low phase noise characteristics

An oscillator circuit is formed of a differential LC resonant circuit formed of an L load differential circuit including inductance-variable portions and a capacitive element, and a positive feedback circuit formed of N-channel MOS transistors. The inductance-variable portion is configured to vary the inductance by selecting a plurality of switch circuits arranged between a plurality of arbitrary positions on a spiral interconnection layer and the input/output terminal, and thereby can control an oscillation frequency. The inductance-variable portions form an inductor pair when the switch circuit among the switch circuits coupled between the first input/output terminals is turned on together with the switch circuit.
