A marker () includes a lenticular lens () formed from a translucent material to have a plurality of convex portions () positioned to line up in, for example, at least one direction. The optical axes (OA) of the convex portions () all intersect with an optical reference point (OP) on the product optical axis (PA). The optical axes (OA) of the convex portions () are all orthogonal with and pass through the center of the bottom surfaces of grooves (). Colored portions () are accommodated in the grooves ().

Marker suppressing aberration

This marker comprises: a plurality of convex surfaces () that are formed of a translucent material and that are disposed at least along an X direction; and a plurality of to-be-detected parts which are disposed at front/rear positions with respect to the plurality of convex surfaces () and which are projected onto the plurality of convex surfaces () as optically detectable images. The plurality of to-be-detected parts are disposed so as to be positioned on the same virtual plane which is perpendicular to a Z direction of the marker. The virtual plane is positioned between a focal point (F) on an image plane (B) of the convex surface () in the Z direction and a high point (F) of the image plane.

Marker formed of optically transparent material

A transparent resin is injection molded to create a marker () as an integrally molded article (lenticular lens portion ()) including convex surfaces () and recesses () formed on the rear side of the convex surfaces. The recesses () are filled with coating films () formed by applying and curing a fluid coating material. Each recess () is arranged corresponding to a convex surface () so that the coating films () can be observed as optically distinguishable from the side of the convex surfaces ().

Marker, method for manufacturing same, and optical component

This marker comprises a plurality of convex-surface section disposed along the X-axis direction and a plurality of detection sections disposed so as to face the convex-surface sections. Each of the detection sections is located, in the protruding direction of the convex-surface sections, closer to the convex-surface section side than a focal point on an image surface of the convex-surface section of the first optical unit in the X direction and is located on a single plane located further on the opposite side from the protruding direction than the edge of the image surface. The image surface extends from the first optical unit to the nth optical unit in the X direction, where n is at least 2.

In a light flux controlling member (), light emitted from a light-emitting element enters from an incidence region (), and is emitted from an emitting region (). The light-incidence region () includes a plurality of protrusions. The protrusions have ridgelines that are connected between two of four virtual lines that are adjacent to each other, the virtual lines joining an intersecting point and a vertex point of diagonal lines of a first virtual quadrangle. Valleys are formed between the plurality of protrusions. The planar shape of the ridge lines is an arc, and the radius of curvature of the ridge lines is greater than the distance from the intersection point of the diagonal lines of the first virtual quadrangle to the midpoint of the ridge lines.

Light flux controlling member, light-emitting device, illumination apparatus, and mold

A composite () comprises: an integrally molded article of two or more function parts () made of a cured material of a liquid resin composition and two or more connection parts (); and a retention part () made of a resin composition different from the liquid resin composition and having two or more through-holes () or concave parts. The function parts () are respectively arranged inside the through-holes () or the concave parts of the retention part (). The connection parts () are joined to a surface of the retention part ().

Method of manufacturing a composite

A light-emitting device includes: a light emitting element; and a light flux controlling member configured to allow incidence of light from the light emitting element and emit light incident on the light flux controlling member. The light flux controlling member includes an incidence region and an emission region. The incidence region includes a fresnel lens part having a plurality of projected lines formed to surround a central axis of the light flux controlling member. The projected line includes an incidence surface configured to allow incidence of the light from the light emitting element, and a reflecting surface paired with the incidence surface and configured to reflect the light incident on the incidence surface toward the emission region. An angle between the incidence surface and a line parallel to the central axis is greater than an angle between the reflecting surface and a line parallel to the central axis.

Light-emitting device

A light flux controlling member includes an incidence region and an emission region. The incidence region includes a refraction part on which a part of the light emitted from the light emitting element is incident, the refraction part being disposed at a center portion of the incidence region and configured to refract the incident light such that the incident light travels away from an optical axis of the light emitting element, and a reflection part on which another part of the light emitted from the light emitting element is incident, the reflection part being disposed outside the refraction part and configured to reflect the incident light such that the incident light approaches the optical axis. The emission region has an area smaller than a projection area of the light flux controlling member and emits light reflected by the reflection part such that the light approaches the optical axis.

Light flux controlling member and light-emitting device

The entrance region of this light flux control member has second protruding strips disposed at the edges of a virtual quadrangle, and angle parts disposed at the four corners of the virtual quadrangle. The angle parts having a third entrance face, and a third reflective face establishing a connection between two neighboring second reflective faces. The height of a third crest line at the boundary between the third entrance face and the third reflective face decreases gradually as a diagonal line of the virtual quadrangle is approached. The distance between the outermost edge of the third reflective face and the third crest line decreases gradually as the diagonal line of the virtual quadrangle is approached. The distance between the extremities of a second crest line of the second protruding strip is shorter than the distance between the extremities of a first crest line located most outward.

Light flux control member, light-emitting device, and illumination device

An incidence area of a light flux controlling member according to the present invention includes a fresnel lens part, an outermost lens part, and a reflector holding part. The fresnel lens part includes a first protrusion that has a first incidence surface, a first reflection surface, and a first ridge line. The outermost lens part includes a second protrusion that has a second incidence surface, and a second reflection surface. A reflector holding part holds a reflector.

Light flux controlling member, light emitting device and illumination apparatus

A luminous flux control member () has: a light input region (), to which light having been outputted from a light emitting element () is inputted; and a light output region (), from which the light having been inputted from the light input region () is outputted. The input region () has: a refracting section (); a reflection fresnel lens section (), which is positioned outside of the refracting section (); and a reflecting surface (), which is positioned outside of the reflection fresnel lens section (). The reflecting surface () reflects, toward the light output region (), the light which has been inputted to the reflection fresnel lens section (), and which has not been reflected (the light leaked from the reflection fresnel lens section ()).

Light flux controlling member and light emitting device

A light flux controlling member of the present invention includes an incidence area and an emission area. The incidence area includes a plurality of protrusions each having an incidence surface, a reflection surface, and a ridge line. The reflection surface disposed outermost includes a plurality of split reflection surfaces that reflects light having entered the light flux controlling member toward the emission area, and one or two or more stepped surfaces disposed between the two adjacent split reflection surfaces and at a dead angle position relative to a traveling direction of the light having entered the light flux controlling member. The protrusion disposed outermost has a projection part projecting in a direction along a central axis, with a tip portion thereof being closer to the emission area than an end portion of the light flux controlling member on a light emitting element side is in the direction along the central axis.

A light flux controlling member has an incidence region and an emission region. The incidence region is assumed to have a plurality of virtual quadrangles that are disposed in such a manner that one fits into another, and have the same number of apexes as one another, and includes a plurality of convex parts each of which has a ridge line along a first virtual straight line that connects two adjacent apexes of the virtual quadrangle, and a plurality of wall portions each of which is disposed along a second virtual straight line that connects respective corresponding apexes of the virtual quadrangles. The wall portion is disposed continuously between a connection portion of the convex parts at an innermost side and a connection portion of the convex parts at an outermost side in the second virtual straight line.

A luminous flux control member that controls travelling direction of light emitted from a light source includes an incident area, an emission area, and a plurality of projecting sections. The plurality of projecting sections are constituted by an inner area, an intermediate area, and a peripheral area defined in the radial direction, and a first specific projecting section disposed in the inner area is configured such that a planar section that is used to measure the height of the first specific projecting section and is perpendicular to the optical axis is connected to an inner peripheral end and an outer peripheral end of a base end portion of the first specific projecting section. The projecting sections other than the first specific projecting section, in principle, come into contact internally or externally with another projecting section other than the first specific projecting section.
