Multistage centrifugal fluid machine

The present invention provides a centrifugal multistage compressor adapted to inhibit corrosion of an intermediate stage labyrinth. More particularly, the present invention provides a centrifugal multistage compressor adapted to inhibit carbon dioxide corrosion of the intermediate stage labyrinth. The centrifugal multistage compressor of the present invention includes: a rotary shaft equipped with a plurality of impellers; an ejection flow path extended between a first stage of the impellers and a last stage of the impellers and serving to discharge a fluid once from the compressor; a suction flow path extended between the first stage of the impellers and the last stage of the impellers and serving to inject the discharged fluid once again into the compressor; an intermediate diaphragm disposed between the ejection flow path and the suction flow path; and an intermediate stage labyrinth for sealing between the ejection flow path and the suction flow path, and has a configuration where the intermediate diaphragm includes a bypass flow path for supplying the intermediate stage labyrinth with some of the fluid flowing to the ejection flow path.

Centrifugal multistage compressor

A bolt fastening structure has an upper flange and a lower flange of a casing to which inner pressure is applied, the upper flange and the lower flange defining an abutting interface therebetween; a bolt hole formed through the abutting interface; and a counterbored portion formed asymmetric about a bolt hole center. The abutting interface includes a first region extending from a bolt hole inner side edge to an upper and lower flanges inner edge and being a region where the upper flange and the lower flange are in surface-to-surface contact with each other; and a partial contact region extending from a bolt hole outer side edge to an upper and lower flanges outer edge and being a region where the upper flange and the lower flange are partially in surface-to-surface contact with each other. In the partial contact region, the upper flange and the lower flange are in surface-to-surface contact with each other in a second region, and the first region is larger than the second region.

Bolt fastening structure and turbo-machine using same

A casing of a turbo machine includes a casing body having an inner space; an intake nozzle which is disposed on the casing body and through which a fluid is taken into the casing body; and a straightening vane disposed in the intake nozzle and having opposite ends located in a diameter direction of the intake nozzle. Only one of the opposite ends of the straightening vane is joined to an inner surface of the intake nozzle.

Casing and turbo machine

An electrical rotating machine is provided with a salient-pole rotor, which is composed of magnetic field pole bodies integrally formed with a shaft and pole shoes constituting magnetic field pole heads. Each pole shoe is fixedly joined on the corresponding one of the magnetic field pole bodies with a plurality of bolts. Each pole shoe or its corresponding magnetic field pole body is provided with at least one protrusion or recess for restricting a conically-shaped compression domain in a compression domain that occurs in the pole shoe when the pole shoe is joined on the corresponding magnetic field pole body with the bolts.

Electrical rotating machine

Size reduction of a barrel-type casing using a shear key is aimed for while ensuring a necessary area of a head cover end surface. A shoulder is formed on the axially outer side of the outer circumferential surface of a head cover. The inner surface of a casing is provided with a circumferentially extending groove. Shear key structure includes a first shear key member disposed in the shoulder and the groove, such that at least a portion of its outer circumferential surface is in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the groove, and a second shear key member disposed adjacent to the first shear key member in the groove, the second shear key member having an axially projecting shoulder, its outer circumferential surface being in contact with an inner circumferential surface of the casing. The first and second shear key members are circumferentially segmented respectively into three or more members, and each member is radially fixed to the casing but not axially fastened to each other, to allow slight displacement between the first and second shear key members by a shear force.

End wall closure apparatus

To provide a can manufacturing pump impeller in which a stress of a base portion of a blade is prevented from increasing while improving the strength of a joint portion of a hub and a boss. In order to reinforce a joint portion of a hub and a boss, a plate is jointed to the inside of an impeller. In order not to overlap a base portion of a blade and the plate with each other on the hub, an opening portion is provided in the plate around the base portion of the blade on the hub. As a shape of the opening portion, a semicircular shape, a semielliptical shape, a rectangular shape, or a trapezoidal shape can be selected. Further, as a plate shape, a flat plate structure, a shell structure, or a curved structure can be selected.

Impeller

According to the present invention, along the right and left sides of a rotary shaft, flat faces that serve as sealing faces are formed at the circumferential edges, on the suction chamber side, of semicircular division plates, which define suction chambers and a discharge chamber of a volute casing that is divided into two segments. Two disc plates are prepared as pressure test tools, and are positioned on the right and left sides of the rotary shaft so that they contact the flat faces that are formed around the circumferential edges of the division plates near the suction chambers. The two disc plates are then securely connected to a member in the axial direction. In addition, a bolt fastening structure, which is axially tightened by the member that connects the disc plates axially, is provided in at least one axial direction.

Pressure test method of double suction volute pump

A heat exchanger used in a screw air compressor has a low temperature chamber through which low temperature fluid flows and a high temperature chamber through which high temperature fluid flows. The low temperature chamber and the high temperature chamber are separated by a partition plate. The high temperature chambers and the low temperature chambers are alternately arranged in layers, so that the low temperature chambers are disposed at both ends in a layered direction. Additionally, the flowing direction of the low temperature fluid in the low temperature chambers and the flowing direction of the high temperature fluid in the high temperature chambers are substantially orthogonal to each other.
