An automobile interior component obtained using a specific polyacetal resin composition which allows for stable suppression of the generation of mold deposits during molding at elevated temperatures, and the reduction of the amount of formaldehyde generated from a molded article to an extremely low level, as well as the prevention of the bleed-out of an added component from the molded article, and the retention of a favorable appearance of the molded article. The automobile interior component is obtained using a polyacetal resin composition containing, at least 100 parts by mass of a polyacetal polymer (A); 0.03 to 0.30 parts by mass of a hindered phenol antioxidant (B); 0.01 to 0.50 parts by mass of an aliphatic carboxylic acid hydrazide (C); 0.001 to 0.50 parts by mass of a hydantoin compound having two hydrazinocarbonylalkyl groups (D); and 0.001 to 0.30 parts by mass of an alkaline earth metal salt of an aliphatic carboxylic acid (E), and the total amount of the components (C) and (D) is 0.03 to 0.55 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyacetal polymer (A).

A polyacetal resin composition contains a polyacetal copolymer resin (A) in an amount of 100 parts by mass, the polyacetal copolymer resin having a hemiformal terminal group amount of 0.8 mmol/kg or less, a hindered phenol-based antioxidant (B) in an amount of 0.2 to 2.0 parts by mass, at least one of magnesium oxide or zinc oxide (C) in an amount of more than 2.0 parts by mass and 20 parts by mass or less, a carbon-based conductive additive (D) in an amount of 0.3 to 2.5 parts by mass, and polyalkylene glycol (E) in an amount of 0.5 to 3.0 parts by mass, wherein the carbon-based conductive additive (D) is one selected from a group consisting of only a carbon nano-structure (D1) and a combination of the carbon nano-structure (D1) and carbon black (D2) having a BET specific surface area of 300 m/g or more.

A polyacetal resin composition contains a polyacetal copolymer (A) in an amount of 100 parts by mass, the polyacetal copolymer resin having a hemiformal terminal group amount of 0.8 mmol/kg or less, an antioxidant (B) in an amount of 0.5 to 3.0 parts by mass, at least one of zinc oxide or magnesium oxide (C) having an average particle diameter of 5 μm or less in an amount of more than 2.0 parts by mass and 12 parts by mass or less, carbon black (D) having a BET specific surface area of 300 to 400 m/g in an amount of 5.0 to 16 parts by mass, and polyalkylene glycol (E) in an amount of 0.5 to 3.0 parts by mass.

A method for producing a polyacetal resin composition which allows for suppression of formaldehyde generation from a molded article to an extremely low level, and stable suppression of mold deposits during molding. The polyacetal resin composition contains: 100 parts by mass of a polyacetal polymer (A); 0.01 to 0.50 parts by mass of an aliphatic carboxylic acid hydrazide (B); 0.001 to 0.50 parts by mass of a hydantoin compound having two hydrazinocarbonylalkyl groups (C); and 0.001 to 0.30 parts by mass of an alkaline earth metal salt of aliphatic carboxylic acid (D), wherein the total amount of the components (B) and (C) with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyacetal polymer (A) is 0.03 to 0.55 parts by mass, and the polyacetal polymer (A) is a polyacetal copolymer obtained by copolymerizing trioxane as a principal monomer (a) with a cyclic ether having at least one carbon-carbon bond as a comonomer (b) using a heteropolyacid represented by general formula (1) as a polymerization catalyst (c) to obtain a reaction product, and subsequently adding a carbonate of an alkali metal element or alkaline earth metal element (d) to the reaction product to deactivate the polymerization catalyst (c).

Production method of polyacetal resin composition

A polyacetal resin composition capable of minimizing degradation when a molded body thereof comes into contact with an acidic cleaner. The polyacetal resin composition contains with respect to (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyacetal copolymer in which the amount of a hemiformal end group is 0.8 mmol/kg or less, (B) more than 1.0 parts by mass and at most 5.0 parts by mass of a hindered phenol-based antioxidant, and (C) more than 4.0 parts by mass and at most 30 parts by mass of magnesium oxide.

Polyacetal resin composition

A polyacetal resin composition capable of keeping the generation of formaldehyde from a molded article at a very low level and stably keeping mold deposits at a minimum during molding. The polyacetal resin composition includes at least (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyacetal polymer, (B) 0.01-0.50 parts by mass of an aliphatic carboxylic hydrazide, (C) 0.001-0.50 part by mass of a hydantoin compound having two hydrazinocarbonylalkyl groups, and (D) 0.001-0.30 part by mass of an alkaline earth metal salt of an aliphatic carboxylic acid. The total amount of (B) and (C) is 0.03-0.55 part by mass per 100 parts by mass of the (A) polyacetal polymer.

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a polyacetal resin composition which can minimize degradation of a molded product produced from the acetal resin composition, when the molded product is in contact with an acidic cleaner. Said problem is solved by a polyacetal resin composition, comprising: polyacetal copolymer (A) in an amount of 100 parts by mass, wherein said polyacetal copolymer (A) has a hemiformal terminal group content of 0.8 mmol/kg or less; hindered phenol-based antioxidant (B) in an amount of 0.1 to 1.0 part by mass; and at least one selected from an oxide of magnesium or zinc or a hydroxide of magnesium or zinc (C) in an amount more than 2.0 parts by mass and 30 parts by mass or less.

A polyoxymethylene resin composition from which formaldehyde is generated in a reduced amount upon molding, without carrying out a stabilization treatment for stabilizing an unstable terminal group in a crude oxymethylene copolymer. A hindered phenol-type antioxidant agent and an ethylene-(methacrylic acid) copolymer resin or an ethylene-(acrylic acid) copolymer resin or a salt thereof are melted and kneaded together to produce a polyoxymethylene resin composition without carrying out a stabilization treatment for stabilizing an unstable terminal group in a crude oxymethylene copolymer for which a polymerization catalyst is deactivated after the completion of copolymerization, and in which the unstable terminal group is not yet stabilized. When the polyoxymethylene resin composition is extrusion-molded, the discoloration of a molded product or the deterioration in properties of the molded product can be prevented for a long period of time. The resulting polyoxymethylene resin composition is suitable for forming an extrusion-molded article.

Method for producing polyoxymethylene resin composition

A polyacetal resin composition. An aliphatic polycarboxylic acid having four or more carbons and two or more carboxyl groups and a hindered-phenol antioxidant are incorporated into a polyacetal copolymer obtained by copolymerizing trioxane as a major monomer with a cyclic ether and/or cyclic formal each having at least one carbon-carbon bond as a comonomer using a specific heteropoly acid as a polymerization catalyst, adding, to the resultant reaction product, a compound which is any of the carbonates, hydrogen carbonates, and carboxylates of alkali metal elements or alkaline-earth metal elements, the hydrates of these, and the hydroxides of alkali metal elements or alkaline-earth metal elements, and melt-kneading the mixture to deactivate the polymerization catalyst.

Process for producing polyacetal resin composition

A method for producing a dust-resistant sliding member, the method including a step of preparing a resin composition containing 0.5 to 5.0 parts by mass of a specific lubricant that is liquid at 25&#xb0; C., 0.1 to 30 parts by mass of an inorganic filler, 1.0 to 20 parts by mass of a specific modified olefin-based polymer, and 0.01 to 5.0 parts by mass of an alkylene glycol-based polymer having a primary or secondary amino group, per 100 parts by mass of a polyacetal copolymer containing oxyalkylene units in a ratio of 0.4 to 0.9 mol % relative to all of the structural units; and a step of molding the resin composition into a prescribed shape.

A production method for a polyacetal copolymer that makes deactivation of a catalyst simple and efficient and that achieves a high polymerization yield and high quality using equipment that does not require a cleaning step and a process that involves a simple operation technique. The production method for a polyacetal copolymer uses trioxane as a main monomer and a cyclic ether and/or a cyclic formal having at least one carbon-carbon bond as a comonomer. In the production method, a predetermined heteropoly acid is used as a polymerization catalyst to perform copolymerization, a predetermined salt is added to the reaction product, melt kneading processing is performed, and the polymerization catalyst is deactivated.

A high-quality polyacetal copolymer produced by a simple process and in an economical manner. The method includes supplying a raw material including trioxane or the like to a reaction device; obtaining a reaction mixture by carrying out a polymerization reaction of the raw material in the state where the rotating shafts are inclined by 1 to 6&#xb0; upwards with respect to the horizontal direction H from the introduction opening towards a polyacetal copolymer recovery portion; vaporizing and separating an unreacted monomer from the reaction mixture using a vaporization and separation portion; re-supplying the unreacted monomer to the reaction device; and recovering the polyacetal copolymer from the reaction using a polyacetal copolymer recovery portion.

Method for producing polyacetal copolymer

A high-quality polyacetal copolymer produced by a simple process in an economical manner. The process includes supplying a raw material including trioxane and the like to a reaction device; setting the polymerization environmental temperature to no more than 100&#xb0; C. until the reaction device conversion rate becomes 0.5, and then carrying out further polymerization; vaporizing and separating unreacted monomers from the reaction mixture at an environmental temperature of at least 115&#xb0; C. and less than 140&#xb0; C.; supplying the separated monomers to the raw material supply; and recovering the polyacetal copolymer from the reaction mixture.
