A voice search apparatus includes a web page display controller, a voice recognizer, a matching unit, and a URL creator. The web page display controller controls a web page which is to be displayed on a display. The voice recognizer recognizes a voice that is input, converts the voice into character string information, and outputs the character string information. The matching unit refers to a URL list in which a character string representing part of a URL is registered for each search category, performs matching processing between a URL of the web page displayed on the display and the character string in the URL list, and specifies the character string in the URL list corresponding to the URL. The URL creator creates a URL based on the character string specified by the matching unit and the character string information.

Speech retrieval device, speech retrieval method, and display device

A voice recognition processing apparatus includes a voice acquirer, a first voice recognizer, a second voice recognizer, a sorter, a storage device, and a processor. The voice acquirer acquires a voice uttered by a user and outputs voice information. The first voice recognizer converts the voice information into first information. The second voice recognizer converts the voice information into second information. The sorter sorts third information and fourth information from the second information. The storage device stores the first information, the third information, and the fourth information. The processor performs processing based on the first information, the third information, and the fourth information. If there are one or two pieces of missing information in the first information, the third information, and the fourth information, the processor complements the missing information by using information stored in the storage device and performs processing.

The voice recognition processing apparatus includes a voice acquirer, a first voice recognizer, a storage device, and a recognition result determiner. The voice acquirer acquires a user's voice, and outputs voice information. The first voice recognizer converts the voice information into first information. The storage device previously stores a dictionary in which an exclusion vocabulary is registered. The recognition result determiner compares the first information with the exclusion vocabulary to determine whether the first information includes a word that agrees with a word included in the exclusion vocabulary. The recognition result determiner determines that the first information is information to be rejected, when the first information includes the word that agrees with a word included in the exclusion vocabulary, and determines that the first information is information to be executed, when the first information does not include the word that agrees with a word included in the exclusion vocabulary.

The voice recognition device according to the present disclosure includes a communication interface that communicates with an external device, a first microphone that collects sound to produce audio data, and a controller that analyzes the audio data produced by the first microphone, determines contents of a designation corresponding to an analysis result, and then controls its own device based on a determination result, and yet controls its own device to urge a user to use the external device when the contents of the designation corresponding to the analysis result cannot be determined.

In a client/server system that authenticates according to a terminal ID, a terminal authentication apparatus is provided that is capable of authenticating a terminal device correctly even if the method of generating a terminal ID has been changed from the old version to a new one, and thus useful as an authentication apparatus for a net TV, mobile phone, on-line network for ATMs, and the like. The apparatus transmits two terminal IDs generated with the generation methods in both old and new versions. With this method, the server authenticates from these two terminal IDs according to the ID fields of the old and new versions, and additionally updates the ID in the old version to a new one.
