An electromagnetic actuator including: a mover; a stator; at least one coil provided to the stator and arranged on an outer periphery of the mover, the coil being configured to be energized to generate an electromagnetic force that exerts a driving force on the mover; at least one yoke member surrounding the coil, the yoke member being constituted by a plurality of yoke segments; and a mold resin filling a space between the yoke segments and the coil, the mold resin fixing the yoke segments to each other. The mold resin extends to an outer peripheral surface of the yoke member and forms an outside resin layer.

An electromagnetic actuator including: an outer housing member wherein outer peripheral edges of lid members are fixed respectively to opposite axial sides of the outer tubular member; an inner axial member elastically-connected to the outer housing member by plate springs at opposite axial sides thereof such that central portions of the plate springs are attached to the inner axial member, while outer peripheral edges of the plate springs are clamped and fixed between the outer tubular member and the respective lid members; a stator and a mover having electromagnetic oscillation force between them securely-assembled to the outer housing member and the inner axial member; and integrally-formed seal rubber and stopper rubber provided at inner faces of the lid members to seal a fixation part to the outer tubular member and to cushion strike of the inner axial member against the lid members, respectively.

An electromagnetic actuator including: an outer tubular member and an inner axial member connected by an elastic member; a coil member attached to the outer tubular member generating electromagnetic force through energization thereto; a magnet member attached to the inner axial member and subjected to the electromagnetic force to exert axial driving force between the inner axial member and the outer tubular member; a first support section provided at the outer tubular member to axially clamp and securely support the coil member; a synthetic resin annular member housed within the outer tubular member including a power feed terminal to the coil member; and a second support section provided at the outer tubular member to axially clamp and securely support the annular member in such a parallel structure that clamping force by the first support section is not exerted on the second support section.

An electromagnetic actuator including: an inner axial member; an outer housing member; a stator and a mover configured to have electromagnetic oscillation force exerted between them, each being securely assembled to different one of the members; and plate springs elastically connecting the members at opposite axial sides thereof, wherein the outer housing member includes an outer tubular member and first and second lid members attached to opposite axial openings thereof, and a first axial side of the outer tubular member has a small-diameter constricted section, and the constricted section has axially inner and outer stepped walls, and the axially inner stepped wall positions a first axial side of the stator or the mover assembled to the outer housing member, while the axially outer stepped wall and the first lid member support a periphery of the corresponding plate spring.

A fluid-filled vibration-damping device including: a first mounting member; a second mounting member; a main rubber elastic body elastically connecting the two mounting members; a fluid chamber whose wall is constituted by the main rubber elastic body at a portion and by a flexible film at another portion, the fluid chamber being filled with a non-compressible fluid; a fixation member being attached to an outer peripheral rim of the flexible film and being disposed inside or outside the tubular second mounting member such that the fixation member is superposed to the second mounting member in an axis-perpendicular direction; an insertion hole formed in the second mounting member and the fixation member; and a positioning member inserted through the insertion hole so as to relatively position the second mounting member and the fixation member at a scaling position by axial locking.

Fluid-filled vibration damping device

A fluid-filled vibration damping device including a hollow buffer body with an inner space. The hollow buffer body is housed in a housing space of a partition member to come in contact with wall inner surfaces of the housing space on sides of a pressure-receiving chamber and an equilibrium chamber, while stores a movable member in the inner space thereof. Liquid pressure of the pressure-receiving chamber is applied to a first face of the movable member by having a first window portion formed in the buffer body communicated with a first communication hole of the housing space while liquid pressure of the equilibrium chamber is applied to a second face of the movable member by having a second window portion formed in the buffer body communicated with a second communication hole of the housing space.

A bracket-equipped vibration-damping device including: a vibration-damping device main body including vertically-separated, elastically-connected first and second mounting members; a bracket receiving the device main body inserted laterally thereinto; a connection-insert section provided for the second mounting member; a connection groove provided for the bracket extending in an insertion direction of the device main body; at least one up-down urging rubber fixed on an outer surface of the connection-insert section on an upper-lower first side; and a lock protrusion formed on an inner surface of the connection groove on an upper-lower second side, with a smaller protrusion dimension than an up-down thickness of the up-down urging rubber such that the connection-insert section is laterally inserted into the connection groove beyond the lock protrusion before being urged to the second side by the up-down urging rubber to be positioned to the connection groove.

Bracket-equipped vibration-damping device

A fluid-filled vibration damping device including: a primary fluid chamber which gives rise to internal pressure fluctuations based on deformation of a main rubber elastic body at times of vibration input; an auxiliary fluid chamber which gives rise to pressure differentials relative to the primary fluid chamber at times of vibration input; an orifice passage which permits a non-compressible sealed fluid filling the primary fluid chamber and the auxiliary fluid chamber to flow between the two fluid chambers; and an insoluble powder mixed in the sealed fluid filling the primary fluid chamber which provides a bubble nucleus and accelerates dispersed generation of bubbles when pressure within the primary fluid chamber is decreased.

A fluid-filled vibration damping device including: a primary liquid chamber which gives rise to pressure fluctuations based on deformation of a main rubber elastic body at times of vibration input; an auxiliary liquid chamber which gives rise to pressure fluctuations relative to the primary liquid chamber at times of vibration input; and an orifice passage that allows flow action of a scaled fluid between the primary liquid chamber and the auxiliary liquid chamber. The sealed fluid contains at least 0.03 volume % of a dissolved gas under atmospheric pressure at room temperature. A low-adhesion energy surface with a water contact angle of at least 90 degrees is provided on an inner surface of the primary liquid chamber.

A fluid-filled vibration damping device including an elastic buffer body supported by a partition member and arranged in a housing space such that at least one of wall inner surfaces of the housing space on sides of a pressure-receiving chamber and an equilibrium chamber is covered by the elastic buffer body. Windows are formed to penetrate the elastic buffer body at portions corresponding to communication holes formed in walls of the housing space so that the communication holes are narrowed by the windows of the elastic buffer body, and a ratio (a/l) of an opening area (a) of the windows to a penetration length (l) thereof is made smaller than a ratio (A/L) of an opening area (A) of the communication holes to a penetration length (L) thereof.

A fluid-filled vibration damping device including: first and second mounting members elastically connected by a main rubber elastic body; a partition member supported by the second mounting member; a pressure-receiving chamber and an equilibrium chamber disposed on either side of the partition member; a housing space formed within the partition member; a plate-shaped movable member arranged in the housing space with liquid pressures of the pressure-receiving chamber and the equilibrium chamber applied to the respective faces of the movable member; and a rubber buffer arranged on wall inner surfaces of the housing space to be struck by the movable member. The movable member is grasped partially in a thickness direction between the wall inner surfaces of the housing space via the rubber buffer at surfaces facing the wall inner surfaces of the housing space.

An excellent liquid-filled vibration damping device is provided, which is capable of effectively suppressing cavitation, which may otherwise cause abnormal noises, without impairing a vibration damping effect. The inventive liquid-filled vibration damping device includes a liquid-filled space partitioned into a primary liquid chamber and a secondary liquid chamber communicating with each other through an orifice, a molded vulcanized rubber member which defines at least a part of the liquid-filled space, and a first retention member and a second retention member retaining the molded vulcanized rubber member. Liquid (P) to be sealingly contained in the liquid-filled space comprises a polar organic solvent as a major component, and not less than 0.2 cmof a gas per 1 cmof the liquid as measured at an ordinary temperature at an atmospheric pressure is dissolved in the liquid.

Liquid-filled vibration damping device

An electromagnetic actuator wherein an annular supporting member secured to a stator and an oscillator member secured to a movable member are disposed in opposition in an axis-perpendicular direction and are elastically linked by a supporting rubber elastic body disposed therebetween. One axial face of the supporting rubber elastic body is furnished with an inside peripheral recessed portion and an outside peripheral protruding portion while another axial face is furnished with an inside peripheral protruding portion and an outside peripheral recessed portion so as to establish in the supporting rubber elastic body an elastic center axis that curves along a sinuous trajectory of an interconnected peak segment and valley segment situated between opposing faces of the annular supporting member and the oscillator member in the axis-perpendicular direction.

Electromagnetic actuator and fluid-filled active vibration damping device using the same

A fluid-filled vibration damping device including: a partition member having first and second partition plates overlapping, and a holding area formed between overlapping surfaces of center parts of the two partition plates; and a movable membrane held and arranged in the holding area. A claw-shaped part and a perforation window are formed at respective corresponding positions of outer circumference parts of the two partition plates, and a fixing mechanism is constituted with the claw-shaped part latched in a circumference edge part of the perforation window. A widening area is provided between an outer circumference surface of the movable membrane and an inner circumference surface of the holding area by partially making a large distance therebetween. At least one of the two partition plates has a first air vent hole piercing a part constituting a wall part of the widening area.
