An internal substance supplier includes a conveying mechanism including a conveying member configured to capture and convey an internal substance, and a supply mechanism including a scraping member disposed to cross a conveyance route of the substance by the conveying member in the conveying mechanism and configured to collide with the substance conveyed by the conveying member, a gliding member including a recessed groove configured to guide the substance colliding with the scraping member and scraped from the conveying member, to be adjacent to a position vertically above a die bore in a table in a compression-molding machine, and a push transfer member including a projection configured to come into contact with the substance, push the substance to a start edge of the recessed groove in the gliding member, and move along the recessed groove to transfer the substance to an end edge of the recessed groove.

Internal substance supplier and method of producing molded product

A molded product conveying device configures to suck a molded product to a rotator rotating about a predetermined rotary axis and to convey the molded product along a rotation orbit. The conveying device includes a pocket disposed along an outer circumference of the rotator, recessed inward and opened outward radially and perpendicularly to the rotary axis, and fed therein with negative pressure to suck the molded product, and a suction bore positioned to confront the pocket at a first end or a second end along the rotary axis of the rotator, opened toward the pocket to be at least partially overlapped with the pocket when viewed along the rotary axis, and fed therein with a negative pressure to suck the molded product.

Molded product conveying device

A molded product discharge device accompanies a compression-molding machine that molds a molded product. The molded product discharge device is configured to discharge the molded product from the compression-molding machine. The molded product discharge device includes a rotator configured to be horizontally rotatable, a retainer facing the rotator with a predetermined distance therebetween, a plurality of projections extending toward the retainer from a surface opposite to the retainer, in an outer circumferential portion of the rotator, aligned circumferentially around a rotary axis of the rotator at an interval larger than an external size of the molded product, and configured to capture the molded product, and a guide disposed adjacent to the outer circumferential portion of the rotator and closing a gap between the adjacent projections from outside.

Molded product discharge device

A molded product processing system is configured to apply a post process to a molded product molded by a compression-molding machine. The system includes modules each including a conveying mechanism configured to convey a plurality of molded products P kept aligned, and a processing mechanism confronting a travel route of the molded products conveyed by the conveying mechanism and configured to apply a predetermined post process to each of the conveyed molded products, in which upstream one of the modules and downstream one of the modules are connected to allow the molded products having gone through certain processing at the upstream one of the modules to be delivered to the downstream one of the modules and be subjected to a different predetermined processing at one of the modules.

The invention provides a single stroke compression molding machine including: a die table having a die bore penetrating vertically; a slidable lower punch located below the die bore and having an upper end to be inserted to the die bore; a slidable upper punch located above the die bore to face the lower punch and having a lower end to be inserted to the die bore; and a dust collector configured to collect dust on an upper surface of the die table in a state where the lower end of the upper punch is located in the die bore.

A rotary powder compression molding machine configured to compression-mold powder filled in a die bore of a die mounted on a turret between a lower end face of an upper punch and an upper end face of a lower punch, is provided including powder lubricant jet means for jetting powder lubricant, the powder lubricant jet means including: jet nozzles, each of which has a concave surface, faces a respective one of end faces of the upper and lower punches at a respective powder lubricant jet position, and is configured to guide the powder lubricant along the concave surface and jet the powder lubricant in substantially one direction; an air stream providing mechanism configured to jet an air stream to adjacent the lower end face of the upper punch for preventing the powder lubricant jetted from the jet nozzles from scattering upwardly; and a charger device configured to charge the powder lubricant electrostatically upon jetting from the jet nozzles.
