A rubber composition for anti-vibration rubber comprising, based on 100 parts by weight of ethylene-propylene-diene-based copolymer rubber (EPDM): (A) 32 to 60 parts by weight of carbon black A having an average particle diameter of 60 to 100 nm, an iodine absorption amount of 14 to 23 g/kg, and a DBP oil absorption amount of 100 ml/100 g or more; (B) 10 to 30 parts by weight of carbon black B having an average particle diameter of 40 to 50 nm, an iodine absorption amount of 35 to 49 g/kg, and a DBP oil absorption amount of 100 to 160 ml/100 g; (C) 2 to 10 parts by weight of ethylene-&#x3b1;-olefin copolymer; and (D) 0 to 16 parts by weight of silica. The rubber composition for anti-vibration rubber that has low dynamic magnification (small increase in elastic modulus associated with an increase in rubber deformation rate), excellent durability (bearing force against breakage due to repeated deformation of rubber), excellent heat resistance, etc., and that can be effectively used as a vulcanization molding material for a center bearing support, etc.

An object is to provide a metal surface treatment agent which can be coated by screen printing, and can be effectively used for metal surface treatment at the time of forming a rubber-metal complex excellent in water resistance and heat resistance, and the object can be solved by a metal surface treatment agent which comprises an organometallic compound, silica, magnesium silicate hydrate, and an organic solvent represented by the following general formula (I):R&#x2014;O&#x2014;(CH2)2OH&#x2003;&#x2003;General formula (I)[wherein R represents an alkyl group having 3 or more carbon atoms or an aryl group.]

Metal surface processing agent

A rubber metal adhesive can be coated by screen printing, and can be effectively used for metal surface treatment at the time of forming a rubber-metal complex excellent in water resistance and heat resistance. Rubber-metal adhesive

A primer for vulcanization bonding, which comprises a copolymerization copolymer of amino group-containing alkoxysilane and vinyl group-containing alkoxysilane, and an organometallic compound, can give a metal-rubber composite having a water-resistant adhesiveness equivalent or superior to that of coating type chromate processing agent, without application of harmful coating type chromate processing to a metal, and thus can be effectively used in surface treatment of metals such as stainless steel, etc. for the production of seal products of rubber-bonded metal (e.g. oil seals, packings and gaskets), valves, vibration-controlled or vibration damped products (e.g. vibration-controlled steel sheets and vibration-damped rubber), industrial rubber products, etc.

Primer for vulcanization bonding

A vulcanizable adhesive composition, which comprises 100 parts by weight of phenolxylylene resin or phenolbiphenyl resin, 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of resol-type phenol resin, 0 to 1,000 parts by weight of novolak-type phenol resin, 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of unvulcanized nitrile rubber and 10 to 500 parts by weight of chlorinated polyethylene, is effectively applied to (hydrogenated) nitrile rubber with a nitrile content of 18 to 48%, and has a suppression effect on a decrease in the adhesiveness even if exposed to dip in various cryogenic liquids such as flon gas, polyalkylene glycol, water, etc. for a long time.
