An air compressor improves the dustproof performance of an intake path to a crankcase. The air compressor includes a compression assembly that reciprocates a piston in a cylinder to produce compressed air, a crankcase accommodating the compression assembly and having an inner inlet to allow outside air to be drawn, a filter located in the crankcase and covering the inner inlet from outside, a filter cover having an outer inlet and covering the filter from outside, and a dust cover covering the filter cover from outside, covering the outer inlet, and including an outer circumferential portion. The outer circumference portion and the filter cover have a space to draw outside air between the outer circumference portion and the filter cover.

Air compressor

An air compressor comprises a compressor that compresses introduced air and a tank that stores the compressed air generated by the compressor. The air compressor also comprises a discharge pipe from which the compressed air and a condensate in the tank are discharged to an outside of the tank. The air compressor also comprises a drain cock that is disposed in a passage of the discharge pipe and serves to open and close the discharge pipe. The air compressor also comprises a discharge pipe end portion that includes a discharge port facing upward at a tip end of the discharge pipe. The air compressor also comprises a tubular cover including a top portion that covers the discharge pipe end portion from above.

A wool-like fiber member that has high permeability and low absorbability is disposed around a discharge port of a discharge pipe that is configured to discharge condensate and compressed air stored within a tank.

A battery carrier configured to be mounted to a tool body of an electric tool for supplying electric power to the tool body is provided. The battery carrier may include a plurality of battery mount sections disposed at a first surface of the battery carrier and each configured to hold a battery, a tool body mount section disposed at a second surface of the battery carrier opposite to the first surface and configured to be mounted to the tool body, and a marker disposed at the first surface and serving as a target for movement of the tool body mount section relative to the tool body when the tool body mount section is mounted to the tool body.

Battery devices

A power tool is provided with a prime mover which causes the tool to rotate and a housing which houses the prime mover. In a back-end face that is positioned on an opposite side on the housing from a tool side, a back-end groove, into which a user can position his/her web between his/her thumb and forefinger, is formed. A pair of side-face grooves, into which the user can place the thumb and forefinger, are formed in both side faces of the housing. A depth changing portion is formed in at least one of the side-face grooves, such that the depth is reduced toward the back-end face of the housing. According to this structure, even when the housing is gripped directly from the back-end face, the user can easily draw up or raise the power tool.

A battery carrier configured to be mounted to a tool body of an electric tool for supplying electric power to the tool body may include a plurality of battery mount sections arranged in a juxtaposed relationship, each battery mount section may be configured to hold a battery that has a length along a longitudinal direction, the length of each mounted battery may be substantially the same, and the battery mount sections may be arranged and configured so that when batteries are mounted on the battery mount sections, longitudinal axes of the respective batteries mounted to the battery mount sections may extend at least partially parallel to each other.

The disclosed hedge trimmer is provided with a main body, a blade unit supported by the main body and a chip receiver supported by the blade unit. The chip receiver is attached to the blade unit. The chip receiver is positioned at an opposite side of the blade unit from cutting edges of the blade unit and receives branches and leaves cut by the cutting edges. The chip receiver has a concavo-convex shape including a longitudinal rib, traverse rib and projections formed of a edge of the chip receiver, to prevent the received branches and leaves from dropping.

A battery device that functions as a power source of a tool main body and is attachable to a body of a user may include a battery housing that is capable of removably receiving at least one rechargeable battery and capable of being electrically connected to the at least one battery, an adaptor that is capable of being electrically connected to the tool main body, and a cable electrically connecting the battery housing and the adaptor. The battery housing comprises a housing body that is constructed to be attached to the body of the user and is capable of receiving the at least one battery therein, and a cover member that is openably and closably attached to the housing body. The housing body and the at least one battery are connected to each other via a male-female engagement device. The male-female engagement device has an engagement release portion that is positioned so as to be exposed when the cover member is opened relative to the housing body.

The harness comprises a backplate, a plurality of belts and an attachment. The backplate is arranged on the back of the user. The plurality of belts is configured so that one end of each belt is connected to the backplate and another end of each belt is connected to each other on the front of the user. The attachment is supported by at least one of the backplate and the plurality of belts, and is configured to be attached to the power equipment. The backplate preferably comprises at least one ventilation groove formed on its inner surface and extending to the edge of the backplate, which allows air to pass between the user and backplate easily.

The present invention includes a cutting device including a table configured to accommodate a workpiece, and a cutting unit positioned on an upper side of the table and being operable to vertically move relative to the table. The cutting unit includes a cutting blade, and a grip portion disposed on a lateral side of the cutting blade and capable of being grasped by an operator in order to vertically move the cutting unit. The grip portion has a palm contact part that can be touched by a palm of the operator when the operator grasps the grip portion. The palm contact part is inclined relative to a reference line that may be perpendicular to a surface of the cutting blade.

A push mower comprises a mower main body, at least one arm extending upward toward a rear side from the mower main body, and a grip located at a tip end of the at least one arm. Each end of the grip is located on one plane side of an arm plane, a center of the grip is located on an opposite plane side of the arm plane, and therefore the grip extends so as to intersect with the arm plane. Here, the arm plane means a virtual plane on which the at least one arm is located and that is parallel to a left-to-right direction of the mower main body.
