A rotating electric machine including a rotor, a stator, and a case forming outflow holes through which a refrigerant flows out toward an extra-slot conductor of a stator coil. The outflow holes are arranged above the extra-slot conductor, and when the bending direction of the extra-slot conductor with respect to an intra-slot conductor arranged on the outermost diameter side in a slot in the stator coil on an upper portion of the stator is a coil bending direction, the first outflow hole is arranged on the bending direction side with respect to a vertical line passing through the rotation center axis, and the second outflow hole is arranged on a side opposite to the bending direction with respect to the vertical line, and the arrangement angle of the second outflow hole with reference to the vertical line is larger than the arrangement angle of the first outflow hole with reference to the vertical line.

Rotating electric machine

An object of the present invention is to firmly fix a magnet at a predetermined position of a magnet insertion portion. A rotor for a rotary electric machine includes: a rotary shaft; at least one magnet; a rotor core having at least one magnet housing inside which the at least one magnet is attached; and at least one fixing member disposed inside the at least one magnet housing to fix the at least one magnet, wherein the at least one fixing member includes: a first fixing portion that is in contact with a side surface of the at least one magnet in a radial direction of the rotary shaft or in contact with a side surface of the at least one magnet in a circumferential direction of the rotary shaft; and a second fixing portion that is in contact with an end face of the at least one magnet in an axial direction of the rotary shaft. The first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are connected to each other at an angle smaller than 90 degrees, and the at least one fixing member is inserted, together with the at least one magnet, in the at least one magnet housing and presses the at least one magnet against an inner wall of the at least one magnet housing due to an increase in the angle between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion.

An object of the present invention is to efficiently cool a rotor coil even in a rotor provided with a wire connection plate. A stator of a rotating electric machine includes a stator core, a plurality of segment coils protruding from slots of the stator core and arranged in a radial direction, a connection conductor that connects the segment coils, and an insulating member that holds the connection conductor. The insulating member includes a through hole through which the segment coil penetrates and is accommodated. An opening through which a coolant can flow into the through hole is provided on an inner peripheral side of the insulating member.

The object of the invention is to improve operability of the process for inserting the coil conductor into the insulating member stored inside the slot of the rotor core. Each of the first insulating member and the second insulating member has one side arranged between the first coil and the second coil so that the respective sides are superposed along the radial direction of the stator core. The side of the first insulating member and the side of the second insulating member are connected with the first connection part at one end in the longitudinal direction.

A permanent magnet is arranged on a q-axis that connects magnetic poles of a rotor; a gap is formed in a radial direction of the permanent magnet; another permanent magnet is arranged facing the said permanent magnet so that these permanent magnets may sandwich a d-axis which connects centers of the magnetic poles; and another gap is formed at a position corresponding to a position of the said gap. Further, a first virtual line that coincides with a boundary of a permanent magnet insertion hole, which is arranged facing the d-axis, on an inner circumference side of a rotor core; and a second virtual line that is concentric with an inner circumference of the rotor core and contacts the first vertical line are set so that the second virtual line on the innermost circumference and the first virtual line have two or more tangent points.
