A tool includes a switch and a handle. The switch is configured to cause an electric component to operate. The handle is held by a hand to manipulate the switch. The switch includes a switch manipulation part to be manipulated, and a load sensor. The load sensor is configured to receive a pressing force through the switch manipulation part. The load sensor includes a pressure-sensitive conductive elastic member in which conductive particles are dispersed in a non-conductive elastic material.

Tool

A tool includes a switch and a controller. The switch is configured to cause an electric component to operate. The switch includes a switch manipulation part and a load sensor. The switch manipulation part is configured to manipulate the switch. The load sensor is configured to detect a load corresponding to a pressing force according to a manipulation of the switch manipulation part. The controller is configured to correct an output corresponding to the load detected by the load sensor. The switch is configured to cause the electric component to operate based on the output corrected by the controller.

Tool including load sensor

An inverter substrate in which heat generating components which make up an inverter control unit are mounted on a rear surface side thereof is accommodated in a case which is made of a material having a good thermal conductivity in such a manner that the heat generating components are closely contact with a base of the case. The case is provided between a pair of air tanks which are disposed parallel to each other at an interval and on a lower side of at least either of an electric motor and compressors in such a manner as to be oriented downwards so that the base is located at an upper position. An air flow generated by cooling fans which are driven by the electric motor is introduced to flow along the base of the case to thereby cool the heat generating components via the case.

A work management data collection systemis provided with a data collection mechanism in a tool, and by counting a number of times a work operation has been executed or the like, obtains a work data identifying the work task that has been executed and detects a time data required for the work task. The system is provided with an RFID tagon an ID cardheld by a worker, and by writing data into the ID cardof the worker who carried out the work task, using an RFID reader/writerprovided on the tool, the system obtains data necessary for the work management from the ID cardof the worker.
