To provide a skin washing agent which is excellent in the foaming speed and the foam creaminess in washing therewith, and which, after washing therewith, is excellent in the moist feeling and the absence of pulling feeling of the skin and does not change the moisture content of skin. A foamable skin washing agent comprising (a) a fatty acid salt, (b) one or more selected from a homopolymer, a dipolymer and a terpolymer derived from a specific cationated monomer (e.g., dimethyldiallylammonium chloride), (c) a polyglyceryl monoalkyl ether, and (d) one or more selected from an acylmethyltaurine salt and a hydroxy ether carboxylate salt.

Foamable skin washing agent

The present invention provides a cleanser which is excellent in both of the foaming property and the cleansing capability. The cleanser comprises an organosiloxane derivative salt represented by the following formula (1) or (3) and one or more anionic surfactants selected from a group consisting of carboxylate salt with an alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms, sulfate salt with an alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms, sulfonate salt with an alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms, and phosphate salt with an alkyl group having 10 to 20 carbon atoms. 

Cleanser

It is intended to provide a cleansing cosmetic composition that quickly removes makeup from the skin, is easily applicable onto the skin without dripping from the hand or running on the face during application, and can freshen the skin because of being washed off thoroughly. The present invention provides a cleansing cosmetic composition comprising (1) 1 to 15% by mass of silicone oil, (2) 1 to 15% by mass of volatile hydrocarbon oil, (3) 5 to 20% by mass of dihydric glycol, (4) 5 to 40% by mass of polyoxyethylene glyceryl fatty acid ester, and (5) 15 to 88% by mass of water, wherein the weight ratio between the silicone oil (1) and the volatile hydrocarbon oil (2) ((1)/(2)) falls within the range of 0.3 to 3 and the composition has a viscosity of 100 to 500 mPas at 25&#xb0; C.

Cleansing cosmetic composition

The present invention provides a novel polymer that can impart a moisturized feeling to the hair and skin after use. A polymer comprising an amphoteric monomer represented by the following general formula (I) and a cationic monomer represented by the following general formula (II) as the essential constituent monomers: (wherein, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; Rand Reach independently represent an alkyl or alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, a phenyl group, or a &#x2014;(CHCHO)Rgroup (n is an integer of 1 to 50; and Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, or a phenyl group); Rrepresents an alkylene group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms; A represents an oxygen atom or NR(Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a phenyl group, or a &#x2014;(CHCHO)Rgroup (n is an integer of 1 to 50; Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl or alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, or a phenyl group)); and B represents an alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms), and (wherein, Rand Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and Yrepresents a monovalent inorganic or organic anion).

Polymer and cosmetic preparation

There are disclosed a polymer packing material suitable for liquid chromatography and a producing method thereof. The polymer packing material having a polymer particle based on a styrene skeleton with monodispersed particle distribution can be obtained by hydrophilic treatment of an inner surface of a micropore existing in a fine pore of the polymer packing material, or subsequent introduction of a hydrophobic group into the inner hydrophilic surface by chemical modification. A method of producing the polymer packing material suitable for liquid chromatography includes the step of polymerizing glycerol dimethacrylate as a crosslinking agent and 2-ethylhexl methacrylate as a monomer according to a two-step swelling polymerization process. Alternatively, the producing method includes the step of crosslinking and polymerizing only glycerol dimethacrylate to form a polymer, and introducing the hydrophobic group into the polymer by chemical modification.

Polymer packing material for liquid chromatography and a producing method thereof

A method of producing a polymer packing material for liquid chromatography includes the steps of swelling seed polymer particles to form swelled particles, polymerizing monomers in the swelled particles under existence of diluent, and removing the diluent to form porous polymer particles, wherein the step of polymerizing the monomers is conducted under existence of a compound having a conjugated double bond not reactive with the monomers and having a molecular weight of 100-500. Alternatively, the polymerization process may be conducted by an oxidation reduction polymerization process. Further, the porous polymer particles obtained after removal of the diluent may be subjected to a heat treatment process at a temperature of 100.degree. C. or higher.
