A light irradiation device for an exposure apparatus allowing implementation of photo-alignment process with a simple configuration is provided. The light irradiation device is configured using a light source with a plurality of LEDs, and a polarizing element that receives light from the light source and applies the light transmitted through the polarizing element to a workpiece. An optical axis of each of the LEDs is set in such a manner as to have a first angle θto the workpiece. A second angle θas an angle half of a light distribution angle of the light emitted from each of the LEDs is set smaller than the first angle θ

Light irradiation device, and exposure apparatus provided therewith

The drying device is composed of an LED lamp unit and a thermally dispersing member. The LED lamp unit emits rays of light onto a work that a dried object is applied to the surface thereof. The thermally dispersing member is disposed on a stage and supports the work from the opposite side of the LED lamp unit. The thermally dispersing member generates heat by absorbing the rays of light transmitting through the work.

Drying device

A light emitting device includes: a first white light source which includes N pieces of first white light emitting diodes and emits a first white light; and a second white light source which includes M pieces of second white light emitting diodes and a first resistance element electrically connected in series to the second white light emitting diodes and having a first resistance value, is electrically connected in parallel to the first white light source, and emits a second white light, the light emitting device emitting a mixed white light of the first white light and the second white light. The drive voltage of the first white light source is higher than a drive voltage of the second white light source, and a color temperature of the mixed white light is higher as a total luminous flux of the mixed white light is higher.

An LED lamp includes a plurality of LEDs and a pillar that is defined by a polygonal cross-sectional shape and includes a plurality of lateral surfaces on which the plurality of LEDs are disposed. A pillar radius ratio is set to fall in a range of greater than or equal to 3.73% and less than or equal to 18.25%. The pillar radius ratio is defined as a dimensional ratio of a pillar radius to a radius of an opening of a reflector made in shape of a bowl. The pillar radius is defined as a distance from a center point of the pillar to each of the plurality of lateral surfaces.

LED lamp and lighting device including the same

A light emitting diode lamp is composed of a reflective mirror, a pillar and a plurality of light emitters disposed in radial arrangement about a focal point of the reflective mirror on the surface of the pillar. Each of the plurality of light emitters is composed of a light emitting diode and a lens forming a virtual image in a position of the focal point located behind the light emitting diode. Additionally, a plurality of light emitting diode elements composing the light emitting diode in each of the plurality of light emitters emit light rays with the same wavelength, and the light emitting diodes in the plurality of light emitters emit the light rays with at least two types of wavelength.
