There are provided a state determination device, a state determination method, and a state determination program capable of determining a state of an object to be inspected. A state determination deviceincludes an irradiation unitwhich irradiates an object to be inspected with excitation light under a predetermined irradiation condition, a measurement unitwhich measures light emission data of light emission from the object to be inspected, which is generated with a delay with respect to the irradiation with the excitation light, and a determination unitwhich determines a state of the object to be inspected by checking the light emission data against light emission data of light emission from the object to be inspected, which is measured in the case where the excitation light is emitted under an irradiation condition common to the light emission data for each state of a substance constituting the object to be inspected.

An information processing system is provided. The system is mounted on a mobile entity and includes: an imaging unit configured to capture an image of a subject; and a plurality of mirror units, wherein: at least a first mirror unit and a second mirror unit of the plurality of mirror units are disposed on an optical axis of the imaging unit, the first mirror unit is used in such a manner that an imaging range of the imaging unit is a constant area of the subject, and the second mirror unit is used to switch a gaze direction of the imaging unit.

A substance identification device, a substance identification method and a substance identification program that can identify substances with high accuracy by means of light are provided. A substance identification deviceincludes a setting unitthat sets an irradiation condition of excitation light, an irradiation unitthat irradiates an objectwith the excitation light under the irradiation condition, a measurement unitthat measures emission data for delayed fluorescence or phosphorescence of the objectwhich occurs in response to the irradiation with the excitation light, and an identification unitthat identifies a substance constituting the object based on the emission data and emission data for delayed fluorescence or phosphorescence which are measured when a plurality of substances are each irradiated with the excitation light under the irradiation condition.

A blurless image capturing system sequentially acquires images with little blur, even in a situation where a camera moves. An image capturing camera unit and a mirror unit are both capable of continuous movement in at least a one-dimensional direction. The image capturing camera unit acquires an image of a physical object present within an object region by directing line of sight direction towards the object region by means of the mirror unit. The mirror body changes the line of sight from the image capturing camera unit. The drive unit changes an angle of the mirror body in a given angular velocity in accordance with movement of the image capturing camera unit and the mirror body In this way it is possible to keep the line of sight from the image capturing camera unit directed towards a physical object for a given time. The drive unit directs the line of sight from the image capturing camera unit towards another object region by driving the mirror body. The control unit controls operation of the drive unit.
