A fuel gas injection device of a fuel cell system includes an ejector having a nozzle that generates a negative pressure by discharging a fuel gas injected respectively from a plurality of injectors so as to draw-in a fuel exhaust gas discharged from a fuel cell stack and mix the fuel exhaust gas with the fuel gas. A total orifice equivalent diameter obtained by adding together orifice equivalent diameters of respective injection holes of the plurality of injectors and an orifice equivalent diameter of an injection hole of the nozzle are set such that S&#x3c;S.

Fuel gas injection device and fuel cell system

A fuel gas injection device of a fuel cell system includes an injector device and an ejector device. Mount portions of the injector device each include a mount body joined to a distal-side support portion, a screw member joining the mount body and an ejector body to each other in a state in which the screw member extends in an operating direction of a plunger, and a mount rubber member disposed on an outer circumferential side of a shaft portion of the screw member.

A solenoid valve includes a body having a flow channel, and a solenoid part coupled to the body. The solenoid part includes a core housing. A movable core can be accommodated inside the core housing. A flange part of the core housing is expanded radially outwardly from a guide part which guides the movable core. Further, a thick portion is provided at a boundary portion between the flange part and the guide part on a core part side. The thick portion becomes gradually thick toward the guide part.

Solenoid valve

A fuel cell includes a cathode side and an anode side. An oxidant gas is fed to the cathode side. In the cathode side, an oxidant exhaust gas is generated by using the oxidant gas. A fuel gas is fed to the anode side. In the anode side, a fuel exhaust gas is generated by using the fuel gas. The oxidant exhaust gas and the fuel exhaust gas are discharged from an outlet of a mixed exhaust gas discharge pipe as a mixed exhaust gas. The dilution apparatus is connected to the outlet of the mixed exhaust gas discharge pipe. The dilution apparatus includes a stirring chamber and an opening. The stirring chamber communicates with the mixed exhaust gas discharge pipe and expands from the outlet of the mixed exhaust gas discharge pipe. The opening is provided in the stirring chamber to take in air.

On-vehicle fuel cell system

In a valve apparatus, an annular contact portion made of elastic material is provided on a valve portion of a valve plug. A plurality of annular grooves are formed on a proximal end surface of a valve seat member which abuts against the contact portion. The annular grooves are formed around a communication hole through which fluid flows. The annular grooves have different diameters, and are concentric with one another.

Valve apparatus

A valve device is equipped with a body, a valve element drive mechanism, and a housing. The body has a tubular insertion section, in which a movable member of the valve element drive mechanism is inserted. A first flange is formed at an end of the insertion section that faces the housing. Furthermore, a ring is fitted externally on an outer side wall of the first flange. By projections, which are provided on an inner side wall of the ring, being embedded in an outer side wall of the insertion section, the ring is made integral with the first flange. The housing is of a bottomed tubular shape that covers the valve element drive mechanism, and an edge of an open end of the housing is crimped to the first flange through the ring.
