A control device includes: a memory; and a processor coupled to the memory and configured to: acquire congestion information indicating a congestion state of communication of wireless local area networks (LANs) which are connection destination candidates of a mobile terminal configured to switch a state thereof between a first state and a second state, in the first state the mobile terminal being wirelessly connected to a radio base station of a mobile communication network and not performing a detection operation of a wireless LAN among the wireless LANs, and in the second state the mobile terminal performing the detection operation and being wirelessly connected to a detected wireless LAN, and perform switching control for switching a state of the mobile terminal from the first state to the second state when the congestion information satisfies a given condition.

A network station stores therein a frame scheduling table including a plurality of pieces of scheduling information obtained by scheduling, in advance, transmission/reception timing of wireless frames that are transmitted/received by wireless communication terminals each of which is configured so as to implement a plurality of wireless communication methods, while using a wireless communication method corresponding to the network side and while using a wireless communication method corresponding to the local side. A plurality of external input terminals can be specified as interrupt terminals which output an input signal to an external interrupt circuit via an interrupt terminal selector. A selection control circuit specifies whether a plurality of external input terminals are used as interrupt terminals. According to the selection control circuit, the interrupt terminal selector outputs to the external interrupt circuit an input signal entered from an external input terminal which is specified as an interrupt terminal out of the plurality of external input terminals.
