A regeneration control apparatus for controlling, in an exhaust gas treatment apparatus of a diesel engine including a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) disposed in an exhaust passage of an internal combustion engine and a diesel particulate filter (DPF) disposed downstream of the DOC, execution of forced regeneration to remove an exhaust particulate matter (PM) which accumulates on the DPF through a temperature increase of the DPF, includes: a late-post injection amount determination part which determines a late-post injection amount. The late-post injection amount determination part is configured to determine an upper limit value of the late-post injection amount on the basis of an air excess ratio of exhaust gas flowing into the DOC obtained on the basis of a temperature index of the DOC.

Provided is a control device configured to be able to execute, in an engine which includes a DOC, a DPF, and a temperature increase unit including an exhaust throttle valve, for increasing a temperature of each of the DOC and the DPF, a forced regeneration process of removing PM deposited on the DPF by increasing the temperature of the DPF. A regeneration control device controlling a temperature increase unit of an exhaust gas treatment device including a DOC disposed in an exhaust passage of a diesel engine to regenerate the exhaust gas treatment device includes: a DOC temperature-increase-necessary-state detection part detecting a temperature increase necessary state including at least one of a blockage state, detected on the basis of comparison between a blockage parameter related to blockage of the DOC and a predetermined blockage threshold, of the DOC or a blockage risk state, detected when the diesel engine is in an operating state that is likely to cause blockage of the DOC, of the DOC; and a DOC temperature increase execution part executing a DOC temperature increase control including: a first temperature increase process to control the temperature increase unit, if the temperature increase necessary state of the DOC is detected, so as to increase the temperature of the DOC to a first temperature at which the DOC activates; and a second temperature increase process to control the temperature increase unit after completion of the first temperature increase process so as to increase the temperature of the DOC to a second temperature higher than the first temperature.

Exhaust gas recirculation device for internal combustion engine

An object is to provide a DPF regeneration control device whereby it is possible to prevent clogging of a DOC more efficiently than conventional techniques, and to recover the DOC securely from a clogging condition even if the DOC is actually clogged. A control apparatusis a 2-input, 2-output integral-type optimal servo system in which intake air amount and intake oxygen concentration are used as control quantities (y1, y2) and the degree of opening of a control valve of an exhaust gas recirculation apparatus and the degree of opening of a control valve of a supercharger equipped with a variable flow rate mechanism are used as manipulated quantities (u1, u2), and includes an output feedback system. The control apparatus () is provided with an EGR valve opening degree unit () and an opening rate valve of the supercharger. Exhaust gas purification device for an internal combustion engine

An object is to provide a diesel engine control apparatus configured to evaluate the activation state of a SCR catalyst at high accuracy by means other than the temperature of the catalyst and to control engine control parameters so as to reduce the amount of NOx emission when the SCR catalyst is in a non-active state. The diesel engine control apparatus includes a diesel engine, an engine control unit, and an SCR catalyst. The engine control unit includes a parameter setting part configured to set engine control parameters; an operation control part configured to control an operation state of the diesel engine on the basis of the at least one engine control parameter; and a purification state determination part configured to determine a NOx purification state of the SCR catalyst.
