An air compressor includes: a motor configured to drive a compression mechanism for compressing air, and a controller configured to control the motor. The motor is an outer rotor motor including a stator and a rotor disposed on an outer side of the stator. The controller is configured to adjust a voltage applied to a stator winding of the stator, based on position information of the rotor.

Air compressor

A motor includes: a central shaft; a stator extending in an axial direction around the central shaft; a rotor facing an outer side in a radial direction of the stator and configured to rotate around the central shaft; a substrate located on one side in the axial direction with respect to the rotor and on which a rotation position detection circuit detecting a rotation position of the rotor is mounted; and a case located on one side in the axial direction with respect to the substrate and supporting the stator. The stator includes a restricting portion restricting a position in a circumferential direction of the substrate. The case includes a fixing portion fixing the substrate. The substrate includes a restricted portion whose position in the circumferential direction is restricted by the restricting portion, and a fixed portion fixed to the fixing portion.

Motor and air compressor

An air compressor includes: a motor actuating a mechanism to generate compressed air; a tank part in which the compressed air is stored; a pressure detector detecting a pressure value in the tank part; and a controller driving the motor when the pressure value is equal to or smaller than an ON pressure value and to stop drive of the motor when the pressure value is equal to or greater than an OFF pressure value. The controller executes processing for detecting a continuous drive time or a continuous stop time of the motor and changing at least one of the ON pressure value, the OFF pressure value and an output of the motor, and the controller detects a change amount of the pressure value, and to determine an execution cycle of the processing or a change amount of a value in the processing, based on the detected change amount.

A tool includes a switch and a handle. The switch is configured to cause an electric component to operate. The handle is held by a hand to manipulate the switch. The switch includes a switch manipulation part to be manipulated, and a load sensor. The load sensor is configured to receive a pressing force through the switch manipulation part. The load sensor includes a pressure-sensitive conductive elastic member in which conductive particles are dispersed in a non-conductive elastic material.

Tool

A tool includes a switch and a controller. The switch is configured to cause an electric component to operate. The switch includes a switch manipulation part and a load sensor. The switch manipulation part is configured to manipulate the switch. The load sensor is configured to detect a load corresponding to a pressing force according to a manipulation of the switch manipulation part. The controller is configured to correct an output corresponding to the load detected by the load sensor. The switch is configured to cause the electric component to operate based on the output corrected by the controller.
