An insulation structure for a splice portion, a harness mounting plate, and a wiring unit that are capable of reducing labor-hours that are required when insulating a splice portion where a plurality of electrical wires are connected by a splice terminal. A plurality of electrical wires are connected by a splice terminal, wherein an opening portion that allows the splice portion to be inserted thereinto and removed therefrom is formed in a splice housing portion that surrounds and insulates the splice portion, and the insulation structure is provided with a separation restricting portion that restricts the splice portion that is housed in the splice housing portion from becoming separated from the opening portion.

Insulation structure for splice portion, harness mounting plate, and wiring unit

A wire harness attachment structure and a wiring unit that are capable of reducing the amount of work that is needed when attaching a wire harness. The wire harness attachment structure includes: a plate on which a wire harness is to be mounted; and a cover that covers a portion of the wire harness and is fixed to the plate. A locking portion that is provided for the cover is configured to be orientated to face, and to be inserted into, a lock receiving portion that is provided for the plate, and thus the locking portion is locked to the lock receiving portion, and the cover is fixed to the plate.

Wire harness attachment structure and wiring unit

It is aimed to smoothly proceed with a connecting operation of a connector () and improve assembling operability. The connector () includes a housing () connectable to a mating housing () disposed on a solenoid (), and a swing support portion () arranged on a side where a valve body () to be mounted with the solenoid () is located and configured to support the housing () swingably in a direction intersecting with a connecting direction and cause the housing () to be connected to the mating housing () as the solenoid () is mounted into the valve body ().

A fixing structure for solenoid () includes a valve body () including a tubular valve insertion portion (), a solenoid () to be inserted into the valve insertion portion (), a cover () to cover the valve body () in a direction intersecting an inserting direction of the solenoid () into the valve insertion portion (), and a pin () to be inserted and pierced through the valve insertion portion () and the solenoid () from the side of the cover (), thereby restricting detachment of the solenoid () from the valve insertion portion (). The cover () includes a resilient pressing piece () to be pressed against the pin () and resiliently deformed when inserting the pin () and to hold an inserted state of the pin () by resiliently returning and pressing an end of the pin () when the insertion of the pin () is completed.

Solenoid fixing structure

A connector () includes a housing () with terminal holding portions (A toD) and terminal fittings () in the respective terminal holding portions (A toD). Each terminal fitting () includes a terminal main body (A toD) having an annular portion (A toD) arranged substantially along a front-back direction. A wire connecting portion (A toD) is connected to a rear end of the terminal main body (A toD) and is connectable to a wire (W). The terminal holding portion (A toD) includes a holding main body (A toD) configured so that the annular portion (A toD) is to be fit thereto, and a protecting portion (A toD) intersecting with and integrally connected to a rear end of the holding main body (A toD) and arranged to cover the wire connecting portion (A toD) from the front and/or behind.

Connector

It is aimed to smoothly connect connectors by absorbing assembling variations between the connectors. A first spring piece () and a pair of second spring pieces () are deflectably provided in a holder portion (H) to resiliently sandwich a first connector () in a Y-axis direction. The second spring pieces () are formed with upper receiving surfaces () symmetrically inclined along an X-axis direction so that resilient forces act on both receiving portions () of the first connector () toward a center axis along the X-axis direction. Further, the first connector () is held in a state displaceable also in a Z-axis direction in the holder portion (H). This causes the first connector () to be held at a reference position and held in a three-dimensionally displaceable state.
