Provided is a power generating device which, while having a basic structure of using a rack and a pinion, increases power generating efficiency and has fewer components, has improved durability due to a simplified structure, and can easily be made in smaller sizes. Configuring a guide mechanism using outer walls of a case of a power generating unit as guides and combining the same with rails provided on inner walls of a case of the power generating device distributes unnecessary stress on the power generating unit over the inner walls of the case to obtain effects of achieving an overall small size, reduction in the number of components, and improved durability.

Provided is a steering-wheel power generation device that, when operating in-vehicle equipment wirelessly from an operation unit provided on a steering wheel, can supply power having high power generation efficiency and space efficiency in line with practical use. A ring-shaped rack and a gear power generator fitted to the rack are provided in the gripping portion of the steering wheel, and a guide groove portion is provided on an inner wall of the gripping portion, thereby enabling a guide portion to absorb shock other than the shock in the power generation direction, and enabling stable power supply even when the steering wheel is being rotated.

First contact sections and second contact sections are formed in the connection section such that distal ends of the first and second contact sections are of a band-like shape projecting toward the inside of the vibration motor body. The motor holder reduces a load applied to portions where the surface mount-type vibration motor is soldered to the circuit board and also improves bonding strength.

Surface mount-type vibration motor and fixation structure for surface mount-type vibration motor

A vibration actuator having a simple small-sized structure capable of obtaining vibration enough to sense without use of suspension or the like is provided. Amplitude of a moving part is restrained by a magnetic gap formed by cup-shaped yokes which are formed to interpose a magnet, and the moving part is vibrated without collision of the moving part with an inner wall of a fixed part. Therefore, magnetic force exerted between the moving part and the fixed part is allowed to function as a suspension. Therefore, it is possible to solve a problem, that is, reduction in the amplitude caused from the suspension. In addition, an air damper structure that air in upper and lower space of the moving part is used as a damper is provided, so that it is possible to obtain a wide frequency band.

In a solder reflow process, a vibration motor is stably mounted on a circuit board by changing the design of a partial shape of a soldered motor holder without changing the design of a vibration motor body and securing a sufficient soldering area to completely perform solder bonding to prevent a soldered portion of a motor holder from peeling off the circuit board. A surface mount type vibration motor is provided, wherein the pedestals of a motor holder include the support plates that are in contact with stationary lands on a surface of a circuit board and extend in the axial direction of an output shaft, end portions of the support plates are arranged between the position of an eccentric weight and the end surface of the eccentric weight along the axial direction, and the support plates are not arranged just under an axis of said output shaft where the distance between the weight and the circuit board is minimum.
