A diagnostic device diagnoses a state of a test object. The diagnostic device includes a physical model base diagnosis unit, a mathematical model base diagnosis unit, a model update necessity determination unit, and an update notification unit. The physical model base diagnosis unit is configured to perform the diagnosis using a feature quantity. The mathematical model base diagnosis unit is configured to perform the diagnosis using a machine learning model. The model update necessity determination unit is configured such that if diagnostic results by the physical model base diagnosis unit and the mathematical model base diagnosis unit differ, the model update necessity determination unit determines that at least one of a physical model or a mathematical model is necessary to be updated. The update notification unit is configured such that if the model update necessity determination unit determines that the update is necessary, the update notification unit notifies it.

Diagnostic device using both a physical model and mathematical model for anomaly detection

A state diagnostic device collects a usage state and diagnostic data of components, and selects, from the collected diagnostic data, at least one of diagnostic data obtained in a state where the usage state of the components is a truly normal state and diagnostic data obtained in a state where the usage state of the components is a truly abnormal state. The selected diagnostic data is defined as master data. A diagnosis result obtained by diagnosing the master data based on a current diagnostic model is compared with a diagnosis result obtained by diagnosing the master data based on a new diagnostic model, and whether the current diagnostic model is consistent with the new diagnostic model is determined. When the consistency is satisfied, the diagnostic model is updated from the current diagnostic model to the new diagnostic model.

State diagnostic device

A bearing diagnostic device includes an identification unit and an obtaining unit. The identification unit is configured such that a feature quantity, an operation condition of a main spindle at a measurement of the feature quantity, and specification data of the bearing used for the main spindle are preliminarily configured as inputs. The identification unit is configured such that a normal state and an abnormal state are preliminarily configured as outputs. The identification unit is configured to create an identification model through machine learning. The obtaining unit is configured to obtain the feature quantity, the operation condition at the measurement of the feature quantity, and the specification data of the bearing used for the main spindle.

Bearing diagnostic device

A vibration information display device includes a monitor, a vibration information acquisition unit, an operating information acquisition unit, a storage unit, and a display control unit. The monitor displays information on the chatter vibrations. The vibration information acquisition unit acquires vibration information when the chatter vibrations are detected. The operating information acquisition unit acquires operating information of the machine tool when the chatter vibrations are detected. The storage unit stores the acquired vibration information and operating information. The display control unit displays the vibration information and the operating information stored in the storage unit on the monitor. Alternatively, the display control unit displays the vibration information stored in the storage unit on the monitor together with trajectory information of a blade edge of the tool included in the operating information.

Vibration information display device for machine tool that acquires information only during time that vibration value and rate of change exceed respective threshold

In an NC device having a function as a monitoring apparatus for a machine tool, a monitoring parameter and a retracting parameter which are set and inputted through an input unit by an operator, can be stored in a storage unit. When, for example, monitoring is performed by using a load on a main spindle as machine information, a machining monitoring unit displays a monitored state on a monitor, and compares a threshold value, of the load on the main spindle, according to which occurrence of abnormality is determined, and which is set in the monitoring parameter, and an instruction load generated by a machine operation instruction unit with each other, to determine whether or not abnormality has occurred. When abnormality is determined as having occurred, a retracting instruction is transmitted to a retracting instruction unit according to the retracting parameter, and display is performed on the monitor.

A main spindle load monitoring device indicates a main spindle load in a machine tool that includes a tool with a plurality of edges on a main spindle and performs a process of a workpiece while the tool rotates with the main spindle. The main spindle load monitoring device includes a main spindle load detecting unit configured to detect a load on the main spindle, a main spindle load conversion unit, and a display control unit. The main spindle load conversion unit is configured to convert a time course of the main spindle load detected by the main spindle load detecting unit into a change of the main spindle load with respect to a main spindle rotation angle. The display control unit is configured to indicate a value of the main spindle load converted by the main spindle load conversion unit on a display screen in a polar coordinates system.

At least a rotation speed of a rotary shaft and a vibration acceleration in a frequency domain are stored as an operating history, and the operating history is stored not only when the rotation speed of the rotary shaft varies, but also when a maximum value of the vibration acceleration in the frequency domain exceeds a predetermined threshold. Therefore, variation in the rotation speed of the rotary shaft and the chatter vibration occurrence state can be stored in association with each other. Hence, an operator can learn the rotation speed of the rotary shaft and the chatter vibration occurrence state in association with each other. As a result, chatter vibration can be suppressed easily and effectively.

A vibration suppressing device includes a memory unit storing a stable rotation speed calculated by an arithmetical unit in association with a rotation speed range that includes the stable rotation speed, in which, when a command rotation speed that is a rotation speed of a rotary shaft is inputted in starting machining operation by rotation of the rotary shaft and, the arithmetical unit determines whether the command rotation speed is included in the rotation speed range or not, reads out the stable rotation speed when the command rotation speed is included in the rotation speed range and outputs the stable rotation speed to an NC device instead of the command rotation speed, and starts the machining operation at the stable rotation speed.

A main-shaft lubrication device includes a supply device for variably supplying lubricant oil to bearings which support a main shaft, a collection device for collecting, from the bearings, the lubricant oil supplied from the supply device, a measurement device for measuring the amount of lubricant oil collected by the collection device, and a control device for controlling the amount of lubricant oil to be supplied from the supply device.

Bearing state diagnostic apparatus

A spindle structure in which a noise occurrence due to a tap hole and a screw is effectively prevented. A nut for adjusting a preload of a bearing is threadedly engaged with an outer circumference of a spindle. On an edge of the nut, a plurality of tap holes for balance adjustment are provided at even intervals on a circumference centered around the axis of the spindle and to be parallel to the axial direction of the spindle. These tap holes are countersunk, and a plate screw is threadedly engaged so that an edge of each plate screw is flush with a surface of the nut. In addition, the plate screw is used as a balance weight by changing the length thereof.

Spindle structure

A control apparatus for a machine that can be operated at high precision in a stable control state is provided by driving a movable body with control parameters suited to the mechanical state. A control parameter calculation circuit is provided to obtain control parameters for a drive apparatus control circuit for driving actuators in accordance with the conditions of actuator rotational velocity, the orientation of the movable body, and the position of the movable body, and a control parameter K for the drive apparatus control circuit is varied.
