A method for producing soft magnetic metal powder includes: a raw material powder preparing step of preparing metal raw material powder having metal raw material particles including iron, silicon, and boron; a mixture step of mixing the metal raw material powder and a carbon source substance and obtaining mixed powder; and a heat treatment step of performing heat treatment on the mixed powder in a non-oxidizing atmosphere containing nitrogen at a heat treatment temperature of 1,250° C. or higher and making the metal raw material particles spherical.

Production method of soft magnetic metal powder

A reactor uses a composite magnetic core which combines a ferrite core and a soft magnetic metal core. The reactor is composed of a pair of yoke portion cores composed of ferrite cores, winding portion core(s) disposed between the opposite planes of the yoke portion cores, and coil(s) wound around the winding portion core(s). Flange-like members are disposed at the end part of the winding portion core(s) in a way of being external connected with the periphery of winding portion core(s) which is composed of a soft magnetic metal core. The flange-like member is composed of a metal material with iron as the main component which can be magnetically attracted to a magnet, and a junction portion of the flange-like member and the yoke portion core is formed at one flat plane of the member which is the same plane with an end plane of the winding portion core.

The present invention relates to a soft magnetic metal powder having iron as the main component and containing boron, wherein, the content of iron inside the soft magnetic metal powder is 98 mass % or more, the content of boron in the particle of the soft magnetic metal powder is 10 to 150 ppm, and the metal particle has a film of boron nitride on the surface. The objective is to provide a soft magnetic metal powder-compact magnetic core and a reactor with an excellent DC superposition characteristic. The soft magnetic metal powder-compact magnetic core contains a soft magnetic metal powder, boron nitride and a silicon compound, when its section is ground and then observed, the ratio of the area occupied by the soft magnetic metal powder to that of the section of the soft magnetic metal powder-compact magnetic core is 90% or more and 95% or less, and a roundness of the section of 80% or more of the particles constituting the soft magnetic metal powder is 0.75 or more and 1.0 or less, and boron nitride exists in 70% or more of the voids-among-multiple-particles among the voids-among-multiple-particles in the section of the soft magnetic metal powder-compact magnetic core. Thus, the soft magnetic metal powder-compact magnetic core with an excellent DC superposition characteristic can be obtained.

Soft magnetic alloy powder, compact, powder magnetic core, and magnetic element

The present invention provides a powder magnetic core low in the loss and high in the saturation magnetic flux density and a method for manufacturing the same. Method of producing MnZn-base ferrite

There is disclosed a magnetic ferrite material obtained by calcining a raw material, forming a calcined powder into a desired shape and sintering to contain Fe O , MnO and ZnO as main components, the magnetic ferrite material with a low power loss is realized by setting the coefficient of variation (CV value) of the content of a Ca component precipitated along a grain boundary in a range of 1 to 60%, and the magnetic ferrite material is manufactured by calcining the raw material containing Fe O , MnO and ZnO as the main components to obtain the calcined powder in which that the S component content is in a range of 1 to 200 ppm, and forming the calcined powder into the desired shape and sintering.
