A taping device includes a device base with a tape traveling groove in a front surface of the device base; a parts conveying disk including parts housing grooves in an outer circumferential surface of the parts conveying disk at regular angular intervals and a rear surface disposed to face the front surface of the device base; a disk rotating mechanism for intermittently rotating the parts conveying disk; a parts feeding mechanism for feeding, in a parts feeding zone, the parts into the parts housing grooves; and a parts inserting mechanism for inserting, at a parts insertion position, the parts from the parts housing grooves into the parts housing recessed portions.

Taping device and taping method

An electric storage cell has an electric storage element and a covering body. The covering body houses the electric storage element and has a metal layer with a first principal face on the electric storage element side and a second principal face on the opposite side, an internal resin layer made of resin laminated onto the first principal face, and an external resin layer made of resin laminated onto the second principal face, with a groove part formed on the second principal face side of the metal layer. The above structures provides a highly reliable electric storage cell, covering film, and electric storage module capable of releasing the rising internal pressure safely in the event of abnormality.

An electrochemical device has a positive-electrode terminal, a negative-electrode terminal, a first electrode body, a second electrode body, and electrolytic solution. The positive-electrode terminal is flat plate-shaped, and has a first principal face and a second principal face on the opposite side. The negative-electrode terminal is flat plate-shaped, and has a third principal face and a fourth principal face on the opposite side. The first electrode body has a first wound positive-electrode non-forming region and a first wound negative-electrode non-forming region. The second electrode body has a second wound positive-electrode non-forming region and a second wound negative-electrode non-forming region. The first wound positive-electrode non-forming region, first wound negative-electrode non-forming region, second wound positive-electrode non-forming region, and second wound negative-electrode non-forming region are joined to the first principal face, third principal face, second principal face, and fourth principal face, respectively.

Provided is an electrochemical device which is capable of suppressing problems affecting the capacitor element as a whole, such as a drop in its voltage resistance characteristics and shortening of its life. The capacitor element () is constituted of a laminate formed by superposition of a first electrode sheet (), a separation sheet (), a second electrode sheet (), a separation sheet (), and a third electrode sheet () in the named order from the bottom, and folding the laminate along a reference line VSL to double the laminate. In the resulting folded laminate, a collector electrode layer () and polarizable electrode layer () of the first electrode sheet (), the collector electrode layer () and polarizable electrode layer () of the second electrode sheet (), the collector electrode () and polarizable electrode layer () of the third electrode sheet (), and the two separation sheets () are connected to each other at the respective folded locations.
