Connector capable of suppressing separation of lid from housing

A shield terminal includes a first outer conductor and a second outer conductor. The first outer conductor includes a barrel portion that is electrically connected to a shield portion of an electric wire, and an engaging portion capable of engaging with a housing, and the second outer conductor includes a main body portion and an extension portion extending rearward from the main body portion. A rear end portion of the extension portion is sandwiched between the barrel portion and the electric wire. A fastener portion is formed on a front side of the second outer conductor relative to the rear end of the extension portion, and a fastening portion capable of coming into contact with the fastener portion in a direction of rotation about the engaging portion is formed forward of the engaging portion of the first outer conductor.

Two part shield terminal with position stabilization and connector therewith

A lever () is formed with a separating cam surface () and an escaping space () disposed in a region more distant from a rotary shaft () than the separating cam surface (). The separating cam surface () presses cam projections () of a moving plate () in a direction away from the rotary shaft () to separate both housings () in the process of rotating the lever () to an initial position with the both housings () connected. The cam projections () are accommodated into the escaping space () while being separated from the separating cam surface () in the process of rotating the lever () from the initial position to a connection position with the both housings () separated and the moving plate () located at a protection position.

Lever-type connector

It is aimed to provide a connector capable of ensuring predetermined sealability. A connector is provided with a housing connectable to a mating housing, a seal to be mounted into the housing, and a moving member movable with respect to the housing. The seal has a sealing surface to be held in close contact with the mating housing. The moving member is arranged at a position facing the sealing surface of the seal before connection of the both housings.

Liquid-tight movable connector

A moving plate () for protecting tips of male tabs () is mounted into a receptacle (). The moving plate () includes a peripheral wall () in the form of a rectangular frame, and the peripheral wall () includes long sides () and short sides (). Projections () are provided on both sides across a center in a longitudinal direction on an outer surface of each long side (). Recesses () shaped to correspond to the respective projections () and to be fit to the projections () are provided at positions corresponding to the projections () on an inner surface of the receptacle (). Each of the projections () has a one-sided dovetail shape projecting toward a central side in the longitudinal direction, but not protruding toward an end side in the longitudinal direction.

Connector with one-sided dovetail projections

A lever-type connector has a lever () with a cam groove () curved to approach a center of rotation () of the lever () from an entrance (E) to a back side. Rotation of the lever () from an initial position to a connection position causes cam projections () of a moving plate () to displace in the cam groove () and to approach the center of rotation () of the lever () while sliding in contact with a cam pin () of a female housing (). The cam projections () displace in an escaping space () of the lever () without changing a positional relationship with respect to the center of rotation () of the lever () as the lever () is rotated from the initial position to the connection position in a state out of contact with the cam pin ().

A female housing () is formed with a cam pin () having a projecting dimension larger than cam projections () of a moving plate (), and a lever () is formed with a cam groove () for accommodating the cam projections () and the cam pin () in the process of connecting/separating both housings (). An escaping space () communicates with the cam groove () and is configured to restrict entrance of the cam pin () by being shallower than the cam groove (). In the process of rotating the lever () from an initial position to a connection position in a state where the housings () are separated and the moving plate () is at a protecting position, the cam projections () are accommodated into the escaping space () while being kept out of contact with the lever ().

A lever () mounted on a male housing () is formed with a connecting cam surface () capable of pressing a cam pin () of a female housing () while being kept out of contact with cam projections () in the process of rotating the lever () from an initial position to a connection position, and the lever () is formed with an escaping space (). In the process of rotating the lever () from the initial position to the connection position in a state where the male housing () and the female housing () are separated and the moving plate () is at a protecting position, the cam projections () of the moving plate () are accommodated into the escaping space () while being kept out of contact with the connecting cam surface ().

A connection structure () is provided for connecting electrical storage element groups (), each of which is formed by connecting electrical storage elements () having electrode terminals () in series, side by side. The electrical storage element groups () are connected electrically by connecting a connecting member () for connecting adjacent electrical storage element groups () to a first electrode terminal (A) and a second electrode terminal (B). The first electrode terminal (A) is arranged on one end part of one electrical storage element group () and on the side of the adjacent other electrical storage element group () and the second electrode terminal (B) is the electrode terminal () arranged on another end part of the other electrical storage element group (B) opposite to the one end part of the one electrical storage element group (A) and on the side of the adjacent one electrical storage element group (A).

Connection structure for electrical storage element groups

A wiring module that includes a connecting member for connecting adjacent electrode terminals of a plurality of electricity storage elements that have a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal; an insulating protector that has a partition wall surrounding the connecting member and that accommodates the connecting member; and a detection terminal that is connected to an end portion of an electric wire and that is laid over the connecting member.
