A road abnormality detection apparatus includes: a memory; and a processor having hardware, wherein the processor is configured to: receive, from a traveling vehicle, a road image indicating an image of a surface of a road or a periphery of the road and image capturing position information indicating a position where the road image is captured; recognize a road facility included in the road image and a position of the road facility based on the road image and the image capturing position information; determine whether or not abnormality exists in the road facility by comparing the road facility included in the road image and correctness information that is prepared in advance; and accumulate, in the memory, facility position information indicating the position of the road facility that the abnormality exists in when it is determined that the abnormality exists in the road facility.

A vehicle is configured to be capable of traveling on a road, and includes: a control unit that controls each unit constituting the vehicle; and a projection unit that is capable of projecting an image on the road by control from the control unit, and the projection unit projects a road marking on the road. The road marking is a crosswalk or a marking for traveling of a particular vehicle. The vehicle further includes a traffic signal unit that selectively outputs a color of at least two different colors by control from the control unit.

The processor is configured to identify a plurality of vehicles which enters a parking lot by analyzing an image which is captured at an entrance of the parking lot, to select parking positions which are different in the parking lot and in which moving routes from the entrance of the parking lot to the parking positions do not interfere with movement and parking of other vehicles in the parking lot for the plurality of vehicles, and to transmit the selected parking positions and the moving routes to the parking positions to the plurality of vehicles.
